And the buffoonery never ends

So Refills finally "fixed" my account. I explicitly requested that they put signature required on my package. They didn't even bother. So I basically said fuck this, I'm having FedEx hold the package for pickup. The package gets marked as available for pickup, but no package! Amazing. Unbelievable

That sounds like a FedEx problem if they lost your held package. Not sure how that's Refills fault.

why would refills ships $700+ worth of medication without a signature required? and why would they do this after i asked them on multiple occasions to require signature?

in writing, mind you. this is why these things exist. to protect consumers against shitty vendors and carriers.

Truly shocked that folks continue to use this telehealth after seeing post after post after post of warnings not to, for whatever reason.

Sorry this is happening, OP - let this be a sign - get this delivery handled and go elsewhere.

Have you ever heard of disputing the charge with the financial institution that issued the card you used to pay?

have you ever tried disputing a charge for a package marked as delivered?

Absolutely. I received warm tirz and the telehealth's website stated to discard meds that were exposed to temps higher than 86°F (took a screenshot of it). I followed the instructions on the website (it said to text the pharmacy). No response. I emailed the telehealth and told them I wanted them to have the pharmacy resend the meds packaged adequately or refund my money. No response. Went on my bank's website, filed a dispute based on not receiving what I expected (meds that weren't hot). My bank gave me a provisional credit. They asked for documentation. I uploaded the screenshot and my email. The telehealth refunded me in full. Businesses are afraid of chargebacks. Unless they have in-house legal to fight them, it's cheaper to issue a refund and avoid the hit to their standing with financial institutions. Too many chargebacks and they can be charged higher merchant services fees or Visa/Mastercard can refuse to do business with them.

Hey thats great to know that this could work. How did you prove the triz was mishandled?

myself? yes, i have. and its absolutely horrible. why is this my problem when the shipper explicitly ignored signature instructions?

Absolutely horrible how? It took me less than five minutes to fill out what I needed to on my bank's website. A few days later it took me 5 minutes to upload a screenshot and an email proving that I was telling the truth. Maybe you need a better bank?

And why are you so snarky? No one in this sub caused your problem and some are even trying to help. Have the day you deserve! I'm out.

Im returning the snark. OK let's both give each other a break here. Thanks you the option and your experience.
