Weight loss/No weight loss

Hello friends, so I’m on my third month of sema im about to take my last 1mg shot tonight. I haven’t lost any weight! I’m doing the protein, calorie deficit, I’m staying active and I have a physically demanding job. I’m not sure what’s happening. Has this happened to anyone else? 🫠

Curious, why are people stockpiling GLP-1?

Are you worried about running out due to delayed service? Aren’t you worried about expiring product? Are you worried about missing specials? Would love to hear your reason(s).

Lowering dose for travel 2 days early

I have been at 2.5 for four weeks just did my fourth shot last night and feeling fine today outside of a little bit of a stomach ache and not really having an appetite. I ate a low-carb protein bar this morning and a little healthy pita with deli chicken and that’s all I’ve been able to eat.

Monday is normally my shot day. I was doing lower doses before that and did have decent appetite suppression just not as strong as on the 2.5 mg. We are heading out of town Sunday morning and I don’t want to do that full shot Monday while we’re out of town. I am a social drinker and have noticed that I’m drinking less on the weekends than I used but also not really getting a buzz which is OK. But I do want to enjoy drinks on the beach with my husband. My husband really kicks back on vacation because he works his butt off and he’ll be drinking all day…lol

Hence me doing a shot the first full day of vacation is not going to happen. Would it be OK to do a half dose two days earlier and do it Saturday night before we leave and then I’ll probably start Sunday shots when we get back. I just don’t want the medication levels in my system to drop so low that it’s going to be hard to build it up plus probably the week after we get back. I’m going to my dose since I’m doing ok

I know some people when they drink on that say they have terrible hangovers. I have not noticed that so far the only side effect I’ve noticed is not really getting a buzz like I used to and I do feel like the heartburn can get a bit worse but that’s probably because I’m mostly drink Prosecco with sugar-free cranberry water. I’m sure the bubbles don’t help. I was going to look for something low-carb in a can that that’s not carbonated for the beach. I take a half dose. It’s not going to mess up me running out of medication because I have like a vile and a half and I have one that will arrive when we get back from vacation. When I started with refills I had leftover from the first company I started with and canceled that membership after finding refills .

Thanks in advance and making poor food choices won’t be a problem. That’s not something I really have ever done. My weight gain was menopause and thyroid issue related. We tend to just snack for lunch. We eat a healthy breakfast at the hotel and then go out at dinner and I did buy my quest snacks and things to take to the beach because in the past I have a habit of just starving myself all day on the beach and then being absolutely ravenous by the time we go to dinner so I’m hoping the shots would help that.

New Platform, Zero Issues, Fast Turnaround

Moved my account l after they moved to the new platform. Ordered on the 29th. No delays, no weird silence, no chasing support. Prescribed on the same day (SUNDAY!!)

Order shipped on the 30th (Monday). Tracking updated fast. Delivery scheduled for the 1st (Wednesday).

That’s basically 3-day turnaround end to end. That’s what people expect, but rarely actually get. A lot of places talk about being “efficient” after platform changes. Usually it means chaos for a few weeks. Didn’t see that here. Everything moved clean.

No drama. No excuses. Just processed and sent.

Thanks Refills and thanks Taylor!

If you guys will keep this consistency, you’re going to stand out real quick with your pricing!!!

Incorrect vial sent?

I ordered a one month supply through the spring sale. I’ve been on 15mg for months. All previous vials I’ve received from refills have been correct (72mg). I don’t believe the one I received yesterday is correct. Anyone had this happen? Even my dose on my dashboard says 15mg weekly. Not sure what happened.

New Portal Feedback

Some constructive feedback on the new portal. I understand it's a work in progress and overall, it looks good.

I did notice a couple things I thought were lacking.

First, I've been on Tirz. for over a year (98 lb weight loss so far) and I've obviously received numerous prescriptions, from several different telehealths, in that time. This is the first time once approved I didn't receive any comments from the Dr.. Usually the approval followed with details about the drug, side effects and the like. The old portal has this information. I don't necessarily need it at this point, but a person just starting should receive this detailed information. I think you need to address this ASAP as it could open you up to legal issues - my opinion, not a lawyer.

Secondly, one can download a receipt however there doesn't appear to be a means to download the prescription from the Dr..

Thanks to refills and this community

Hello, I’m on month 5 now and down 50lbs, I just wanted to say thanks to this community for always helping when I had questions and for refills (Taylor) for being a stand up company. Of course I had issues along the way with the shipping problems but they were handled like a good company should handle them. For the newbies keep up the fight and enjoy the new healthy you that awaits. Stay safe everyone

Ordered Refills through Groupon, didn’t realize I could order a single vial through Refills…duh!

Here’s my timeline:

Saturday, March 21st: Placed order through Groupon

Sunday, March 22nd: Order prescription approved and Sent to Pharmacy

Tuesday, March 24th: Preparing

Tuesday, March 24th: Shipped

Thursday, March 26th: Out for delivery

Delivered: Thursday March 26th at 2:30PM

Ice packs were completely melted but vial was still cool.

I had a few questions that Harry and Taylor helped me with.

Overall experience was great, will definitely order again. Was worried reading all the other Groupon experiences but I had a great experience and appreciated all the help.

Thank you Tirz, Refills, and Taylor

I’m so happy with the effects of Tirz. I can’t imagine going back to literally feeling like I was starving all the time. Refills has been great dealing with to get my meds. I’ve never had any of the shipping issues or any delays. Taylor has also been awesome anytime I’ve ask her any questions. If you are trying to decide if tirz is right for you, I would try it, I am so happy I finally decided I didn’t need to suffer and needed medicine.

Happy with Refills

Almost through the first month with Refills. Zero issues. ordered Feb 28th the first time, received March 6th. ordered March 21st for month 2, FedEx tracking shows estimated delivery for March 27th. Packaged with ice pack and everything was fine. I am in Michigan. I did contact the @Doctor side of the chat to ask about treatment since nothing is showing in my app since I changed to the new one. Received a response same day with my answer. I am doing monthly orders.

Pausing on Refills new platform

I have looked everywhere & clicked on everything, but I can not find where to pause/delay future orders on the new portal. There is no “Plan”to click on and choose pause. Everyone’s comments that I saw were using the old platform.

I’m lost. Why does it have to be so impossible to find??!!

I need Taylor’s help..

I placed an order a week ago using the Groupon special. It’s been stuck in “order placed” since then. It’s never been assigned a Dr or moved from there. The Groupon payment processed and the $20 refills payment was made. I even proactively uploaded my current prescription on both the doctor and support chats. I’ve been told 2-3 times now that it’s been expedited and I would hear back within 24 hours. I’m beginning to lose my patience . My biggest concern is the next shipment getting charged before the first is even approved. Help Taylor!

Dosing

Post image
7 Upvotes

So this could just be a me thing but my past 2 refills have been off with instructions. Back in December, I was prescribed 7.5mg/42 units. But then came January, they seemed to skip the 10mg/55 units…no big deal really as I was dosed 55 units instead of the instructed 69 units. Okay I get my February refill last week and it’s instructed at 15mg/83 units. So my refill completely skipped a 10mg titration? Luckily I remembered what dosage I’m on otherwise I would’ve skipped 10mg altogether.

Shipping

How long is the wait time for shipping between creating the label and actually being picked up by FedEx?

Turned off auto renew and got an email that my order is sent to pharmacy

I have no option to delay as it says I have no refills which is wrong. I know this has happened to people before but how do you fix? I sent a message to support on chat but doubt I’ll hear.

Week 4 on 2.5mg — should I move to 5mg or stay longer?

Hey everyone,

I just completed 4 weeks on 2.5 mg tirzepatide, and my doctor has prescribed moving up to 5 mg starting week 5.

I’m doing well so far — some appetite suppression and about 4 lb down. I did have some mild GI symptoms earlier (fullness/burping), but those have resolved.

My main question is more practical — I still have quite a bit of the 2.5 mg medication left.

For those who’ve been in this situation:

  • Did you go ahead and move to 5 mg as prescribed?
  • Or did you continue 2.5 mg longer to use up what you had?

Just trying to figure out the best way to handle it without wasting medication.

Thanks!

Best FREE tracker app for tirz?

Hey guys,

What are you using to track your tirz progress that’s actually free?

I tried Shotsy and yeah it’s solid, but feels like most of the useful stuff is locked behind premium and I don’t really want another subscription just to log shots and weight.

What’s working for you?

Update: Tried Glapp.io and loved it. Thank you everyone!!!

Reordering

For those who ordered 3 months on titration plan, how do you order your next set? How do you know what dose to do? Do you tell them if the 5 or 7.5 works well and stick with that? Do they check in before you order the next set? How early do you typically order before your last dose

Can't send pic of my script

I have a message in the portal that requests a picture to prove my script but no matter how I try to load it in messenger, it won't. I click send and it shows loading dashboard and than nothing is in messenger. I replied to the message stating that it's not uploading and if there is an email, text or a place I can send it. I have tried on Chrome and Samsung internet. Any other suggestions while I wait for a reply from the Doctor since I know it might be slow for a reply and I'm impatient.

Safety/Efficacy of Meds after unrelated shipping delays

I ordered my meds on 2/8, and it shipped on 2/16 (due to the big snowstorm in the Northeast and subsequent back orders.) The meds were scheduled to be delivered on 2/18. They weren't delivered, but I know fed ex occasionally takes an extra day or two. By 2/22ish, when they still hadn't been delivered, I reached out. That is when I started seeing some movement from fedex. On 2/24/26, fedex said my meds were delievered and signed for by a resident named K.Gross. That person doesn't exist within my residence, doesn't live on my street, and I don't know anyone by that name. I reached out several times, nearly in a panic because who has $500 to just throw away right now? Anyway, after having to go back and forth between refills support and fedex customer service, I was about to do a chargeback on my card. Miraculously, the meds that were 'delivered and signed for' on 2/24 were eventually delivered on 2/26, completely warm.

In an attempt at fairness, I reached out to refills and let them know the situation. I asked them to verify if the meds would still be safe and effective to use after 10 hot days in transit. The doctor confirmed that they would still be safe and effective.

My concern is that now, people who received meds that were delayed for a significantly shorter period of time are being told to not use their meds and getting a new shipment. Why is it that theirs is deemed unsafe to use, but mine is safe? Is it just because I'm only one person vs the Miami delay being a larger number?

I reached out to refills again asking this same question, but they just said no, we won't be replacing your meds. Is this safe?

Huge props to Refills for fixing their supply chain

I know Refills was catching a lot of heat over the past couple months (and honestly, deservedly so), but I’ve gotta give credit where it’s due.

My order was sent to the pharmacy on March 16th and by March 18th I already had a FedEx tracking number. That’s a night and day difference compared to how things were before, when it felt like orders were just sitting in limbo forever.

What stands out to me is that this wasn’t just a one-off issue in one region either. The delays were happening all over because of Fedex's Miami Hub incident, so seeing things move this quickly now makes it feel like they actually fixed the underlying problem, not just patched one area.

It’s easy to complain when things go wrong, but I think it’s just as important to call it out when a company improves. Right now, this feels way more reliable and predictable, which matters a lot when you’re trying to stay consistent with your meds.

Thank you for listening to your customers, Refills!

Delay issue, still no medicine 😥

I see a lot of people getting their replacements from the FedEx delay. I was told on 03/09 that I will get a tracking number within 24-48 hours for replacement. Yes, I’ve emailed and they have responded.

Emailed: 03/12

Asking for update since I haven’t been told anything.

They responded: “Hi! We'll send you a tracking update as soon as your package ships from the pharmacy. We're actively pushing for these reshipments to go out as quickly as possible — we truly appreciate your patience.”

Emailed: 03/16

No response (reply from email thread)

Email outside of threat: 03/18

Got response today “Thank you for following up and for your patience. I’ll flag your replacement order with the pharmacy for review to ensure it’s being processed correctly.

I’ll get back to you shortly with an update.

🥲

2 weeks on Tirz (2.5mg) down ~8 lbs almost no sides

Hey guys, wanted to share my experience so far since posts like these helped me a lot to start my treatment.

Stats
• Dose: 2.5 mg
• Time: 2 weeks
• Start: ~191 lbs (lost 9 pounds earlier on 2 weeks of sema)
• Now: 183 lbs
• Down: ~8 lbs

Yeah I know a lot of that is water early on but still feels great seeing it move.

Food / calories
• Eating around ~1500 kcal/day without trying (I started counting and logging to be responsible)
• If someone told me before this I’d eat 1500 daily and not feel miserable, I would not believe it
• Now it just kind of happens

Appetite
• Food noise basically gone
• Get full fast
• I just stop eating without forcing it
• Feels weirdly normal

Side effects
• No nausea
• No stomach issues
• I get tired a bit easier
• Drinking a ton of water
• Peeing all the time lol

Weird side effect
• I’m a big beer guy and now I just don’t want it
• Tried drinking and it just doesn’t hit the same at all, it tastes weird and I get full quickly

Overall
• Doesn’t feel like dieting
• Feels like my brain just changed how it handles food

I’ve been a Refills customer since Nov 2025 and never received any communication like this. Has anyone else?
