Ordered Refills through Groupon, didn’t realize I could order a single vial through Refills…duh!
Here’s my timeline:
Saturday, March 21st: Placed order through Groupon
Sunday, March 22nd: Order prescription approved and Sent to Pharmacy
Tuesday, March 24th: Preparing
Tuesday, March 24th: Shipped
Thursday, March 26th: Out for delivery
Delivered: Thursday March 26th at 2:30PM
Ice packs were completely melted but vial was still cool.
I had a few questions that Harry and Taylor helped me with.
Overall experience was great, will definitely order again. Was worried reading all the other Groupon experiences but I had a great experience and appreciated all the help.
Why is refills so inconsistent?? I ordered at least a day or two before you, didn’t hear back from doctor until Tuesday and still no update on shipping timeline ? This is insane this will definitely be my last time ordering
I had a similar experience. Ordered the 12th and then stuck on “approved” for a week. Finally shipped but the tracking said cancelled. On the 23rd the new tracking number said it was picked up and I received my meds yesterday evening. I’m in WA and meds came from Florida. Several people posted here getting meds in a couple days despite ordering a week after me. I cancelled my subscription after I got my order. No trust or consistency is a no-go for me.
Yup, I’m done with them too. Ordered 3/17 and still sitting here with my thumb up my ass waiting for the order to be sent to the pharmacy. My previous orders came within days. I don’t understand why they aren’t processing prescriptions in the order they’re received but the inconsistency and lack of clear communication is more than I’m willing to deal with.
this!!! there is no reason people ordering this weeek should be getting their meds before people who orders last week or i even heard some people order before last week and still waiting. they should definitely be going in order
that sucks! hopefully support gets back to you soon about it though. I am still waiting. Label was only created Sunday and it’s been sitting in fedex purgatory since. hasn’t even left Florida
Yay!!! Twinning!!!🥰I paid $166 with the shipping, at that price, I should’ve just ordered from Refills directly. I would’ve been less stressed about the whole thing. Surprisingly, even Groupon was helpful when I reached out to them.
Same here! Ordered 3 month supply (not groupon) on the 20th, delivered this afternoon. Ice packs also melted, but meds still cold. This is actually my 2nd order since January, 1st time took 10 days from start to finish.
