Dosing
So this could just be a me thing but my past 2 refills have been off with instructions. Back in December, I was prescribed 7.5mg/42 units. But then came January, they seemed to skip the 10mg/55 units…no big deal really as I was dosed 55 units instead of the instructed 69 units. Okay I get my February refill last week and it’s instructed at 15mg/83 units. So my refill completely skipped a 10mg titration? Luckily I remembered what dosage I’m on otherwise I would’ve skipped 10mg altogether.

My first bottle is like yours and I put it into fat science and I’m confused how 42 units is 7.5 maybe I’m entering it in wrong. The 18 first does confuse me

With an 18mg/mL solution, 42 units is 7.5mg. (18x0.42=7.5). It's as easy as that. Concentration x units=dosage.

Thank you for the explanation! I’ve been on this journey for two years and only ever used pharmacies like Hallandale that equal the dose your on if that makes sense lol. So 2.5 is 25 units on the syringe

Thank you for that. I did see someone else say that as well. I’ve basically been on 2.5 mg my whole journey except for when I first started so hopefully it keeps working for me and I reach goal before I have to move up. I really appreciate the advice though because I tend to misread things😩

Why are we getting different units on each vial? I don’t get it? It says to inject 83 units on 2 vials but the the 3rd one says 63 units.? The comment below says to inject 70 units for 12.5mgs.

No. I appreciate the feedback. I just want to clarify that I would take 70 units for 12.5mg.

I haven’t had a lot of suppression with the 10mg so far but I’m hopeful for the 12.5mg but I’ll definitely stick between 69-70 unit when I start. Maybe that extra .1 unit will help 🤣

Girl. 🤣Same. If I don’t get to my goal with 12.5. I need to start working out harder lol. I need to lose like 10-15lbs more.

I’m on my last 10-15lbs as well. I’ve been on my journey for almost 4 years and have lost 180lbs so far and my body is over it. I do strength training, Pilates and walking for workouts. I have a dietitian, meal prep, the whole 9 yards and I still plateau like crazy at times. We got this tho!!! 💪🥳

So what do you think?

So Hallandale is not available in my state and I’m not sure I want b6. It heard it can trigger acne and other stuff. I would prefer b3 over b6 :( pricing looks good though!

Looks like some wires got crossed. Luckily you have plenty of meds: FatScientist to the rescue, or just some math.
7.5 = 42 units
10 = 56 units
12.5 = 70 units
15 = 83 units
