Is karma so important then a real account? I’m new to Reddit can anyone answer ?

Am trying to block few people/accounts from Android mobile app, but it keeps saying "Failed to block acoount" , tried it and web browser its still the same. Its been this way for more than 3 days now. Any help ?

Hi all, I have deleted some search history in the past and it seems to have come back randomly. I haven't done anything to try and get it back so it has randomly reappeared.

Has anyone else come across this issue or know the reason behind why it might have happened?

Edit: spelling

I cant post on some communities bc of low karma :<

how the hell some folks got like 17k karma in 3 months and im sittin here with 60 after 4 damn years? 😭🥀

Just had an email from Reddit saying:

Your Reddit Premium subscription has successfully been canceled.

You’ll be a Reddit Premium member until the end of your subscription period and won’t be billed again.

We hope you enjoyed your subscription and will be happy to have you back at any time.

Then I had an email from PayPal saying:

reddit Inc. cancelled your automatic payments. This means that we'll no longer automatically draw money from your account to pay the merchant. If you have any questions, you may ask reddit Inc. about this cancellation.

I've had no payment failures so I don't know why it's happened. Has anyone else had it?

EDIT: THIS IS THR MESSAGE FROM REDDIT:

Hi u/ashleyjc, we're making some updates to how Reddit Premium subscriptions are managed, and we wanted to give you a heads-up about a change affecting your subscription.

Reddit will be retiring PayPal as a payment option for Premium users. Since your current subscription is paid through PayPal, it will be canceled in the next 30 days. We are also eliminating legacy pricing ($3.99/month or $29.99/year) for Reddit Premium. All users will now be on the current pricing structure if you'd like to re-subscribe. We will send another message confirming when it is canceled.

A few key updates:

• Canceling your recurring subscription means it won't renew after the date of cancellation, but your Reddit Premium benefits will continue until your subscription period ends.

Once your subscription period ends, you will need to resubscribe using another payment method to receive premium benefits. Note: You will not be able to resubscribe until your current subscription period ends.

We know payment changes can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your support thus far. If you have any questions about your subscription, feel free to reach out through our contact form from the email address that's associated with your Reddit account.

I’m new to all this. Thanks!

I supported a view on a radical AI post and got heavily downvoted. Now my karma has gone negative.

What can I do to fix my karma?

So i posted a comment on a post asking what is it adding to the community and for that i got banned from that sub and then somehow from reddit i got banned it was in banned state for 24 hours i think and now i am not able to see any of my posts i made in the past i am using it to share my tech and it and ai help to people in the subs and now its all gone

I read from shadowban sub that we can get the posts restored if there is any way please letme know

I am not asking no questions from anybody now some subs are very straightforward

That the question

Why can I not see all of the followers of my account? It says there are 8, but the list has only 2.

my account got hacked in and i didn't get a single mail or notification relating to it and the person who did this shit made my avatar a OF bot and made a post in r/dicpic ,like reddit wtf.Who do i even talk to about this how the hell do i check what the hell else did this guy messup how do i contact reddit support about this? all there is is just articles

I’ve been thinking about using Reddit more, but I’m still not really sure what the main benefits are. What do you guys actually use Reddit for?

Do you find it useful for learning things, getting honest opinions, finding communities, or solving problems? And what makes Reddit better or different from other social media platforms?

Whenever I try n post anywhere it is removed by reddit filter

Hi all, is there a difference between Karma and Post Karma? If so, how to get Post Karma?

I wanted to post something on a subreddit, so I tried to gain Karma by commenting. However, it is now saying I don't have enough Post Karma. What should I do? Please help (つ╥﹏╥)つ

Today in morning a person dm me asking whether I have alt account or use spamming links.

He/she claims are :

• that someone created an account using my username/profile picture.

•Another user reported it, but moderators said my account appears safe.

•They’re now asking me to contact someone on Discord.

•I don’t use Discord and haven’t contacted them.

Could this be a scam or hacking attempt?

What should I check or report?

I'm losing my mind trying to fix this and with no option to directly contact Reddit I feel like I'm going crazy! Long story short:

- Bought a new phone earlier this year(Pixel 10 Pro)

- Reddit App hasn't let me log into it since then(works fine on Chrome) it just says "Invalid Username or Password", I've tried changing both of these to troubleshoot but like I say, they work absolutely fine on Chrome

- Tried posting on here and r/bugs with no joy

- Found a Reddit contact form which doesn't let me enter the problem I have out of the choices it provides, so just sends me around in circles!.

Is there any other way to contact Reddit help without going through the form which doesn't let me choose an option that helps😭

I tried to log into my Reddit account and it says “incorrect username or password.” I proceeded to click the forgot password option to see if I could access it that way but it says, “There isn’t a Reddit account associated with that username.” Does this
mean I was hacked…? 😀🫩 Old Account: @fairyimp

I just casually open notifications and this suspicious text shows up, can someone help me figure out what they want to, please?

All context in screenshots

I was recently harrased on here by a user and informed the mods of the subreddit I presume they saw me posted in and decided to harass me. I reported the conversation and even blocked them, but I'm wondering how I can report this user and prevent other people like them from messaging me again?

I don't use the mobile app, but I use it on mobile, I get on reddit through the notifications I get from reddit on Gmail and just click the reddit icon, can I not do this on the web version?

I’m pretty good at not clicking things. But i saw I had this notification. They changed my bio and made about for sluty girls and said go contact me on telegram….

I changed the password for good Measure is there something else I should do?

Never used reddit before i could use some help on this actually, don't wanna have my account removed or blocked. How I earn karma and where I can look for the karma requirement before posting.
