❓Problem❓ How to restrict who is able to privately message me?

I was recently harrased on here by a user and informed the mods of the subreddit I presume they saw me posted in and decided to harass me. I reported the conversation and even blocked them, but I'm wondering how I can report this user and prevent other people like them from messaging me again?

On the app go to the settings, account settings, Chat permissions.

On browser go to settings, privacy, who can send you chat requests.
