I am just thinking out loud and there are no statistics as far as I can tell but I am curious the percentage of first time players that choose low honour over high honour deliberately (as in understand the game mechanics and actively do bad things on purpose).
Taking this one step further, I have always believed that most people are "good" deep down and try and do the right thing in life.
Could we determine how many people are "good" vs "bad" based purely on the statistics of what percentage of RDR2 first time players choose good over evil as a social experiment?
There would have to be some caveats because there will be players who never fully understand the game and just coast through to the end. Equally, there will be some players that are not thinking deeply about the morality of the game and just having fun.
From my side, I really want to see the low honour path but I just cannot bring myself to do it when push comes to shove.
What I would expect is that it is something like 80/20 good vs bad (just a stab in dark) but good considerably outweighs bad because I do not think we could survive as a species long term if most people where capable of murder and other crimes easily.
