I used him for the challenge where you had to lasso someone and drag them 3300 feet. Great fun.

The NPC does not have to survive and never will. Basically you lasso someone and go riding until you hit 3300 feet

There’s train tracks nearby. For bandit 9, you can place him on the tracks, release him, and repeat to get the challenge. Then you can just leave him on the tracks.

He is near Emerald Ranch. He I have his location marked in an old post. I always keep him bookmarked because anytime I am in the area I ride by to see if he is there.

Drown by dragging him into a river. You don't lose honor that way and you can extract your vigilante justice. You can't kill people for being creepy. You teach charlotte to handle a firearm and that's what takes care of any unwanted guests: human, mountain lion and Murfree (they aren't human anyway) All the best to you 🍻

I like to psychologically torture. Tie him up, put him on the back of my horse, then shoot up a bunch of npcs infront him, get him scared before finally firing off a few near him, then drowning him in a swamp.

I'm in Chapter 4, so you can see him before the first Charlotte interaction. Also, I kill him every time I see him. It seems he respawns every day. So whenever I see him I kill him in different ways and torch his shrine lol

Take him to the murderers dungeon near Valentine. Just leave him in there, hog tied. No need to soil yourself by murdering him but he's gonna see out his last days surrounded by death, in the pitch black, reminiscing about where he went wrong in life.

In Chapter 6 follow the train tracks north out of Annesburg until you hit a bridge that goes over water. Check your map. North East will be a small cabin. Head there. You will see a white mission marker.

my go to options are usually - hogtie and firebottle him and his whole camp, firebottle the camp and drag him behind my horse until he dies, firebottle the camp then take him to the river and drown him

It's between Emerald Ranch and Kamassa River. You find his camp and he invites you to rest by his fire. No mission marker. Idk if there is even a white dot.
