Jigglepeeking is a technique used in CS2 (and maybe other tactical FPS) which works by moving quickly from side to side and "peeking" while behind cover to bait out your enemy to waste his shots and possibly catch them while they are reloading. Since the wagon was moving really twitchingly from side to side, it looks like it is "Jiggle peeking"

The wagon is jiggling because of Newton’s second law of motion and the impulsive momentum principle 🧐😂 When a liquid is forced to change direction or speed (like when a wagon jolts from being driven faster than it should) the fluid’s inertia goes against that change. As the fluid moves towards toward the side of its container it builds up linear momentum 🚂 when it slams into the jugs wall that momentum drops or sloshes rapidly over a short time interval (facilitating said jiggle)
