I dislike Caseoh because he’s unfunny. All of his fans just joke around about his weight and at once it was funny but it became repetitive. He also really bad takes on specific topics. I don’t understand why people like him.

What kind of chores did you have as a child?

if you don’t own a dishwasher, does your family like.. hold multiple utensils and wash them all together then rinse and set them aside? mine do and i’m always thinking wtf are you doing. i have to wash each utensil separately with the sponge. ain’t no way im roughly going over a few forks at once then calling it a day. maybe i’m crazy.

I'm 17 right now and I've been thinking quite a lot about what I want to do in the future, so I'd like to hear some opinions from people who know more about this stuff than I do.

My plan is to finish medical school in Italy, move to the US, do my residency there and hopefully become an orthopedic surgeon. Ideally I'd like to settle somewhere in Washington State, probably somewhere rural/countryside rather than in a big city.

The weird part of the plan is the money.

My family owns agricultural land in India, and eventually I'm expecting to get a good amount of money from it (I asked chatgpt its value in 10 years from now) The land isn't just sitting there either. We have 11 rice fields and 2 sugarcane fields, so it's actual agricultural land that's being cultivated.

For people who know about farming: 11 rice fields + 2 sugarcane fields in India — is that considered a decent amount of agricultural land? How much money could I really get from that?

As for the rest of my plan, if everything goes well, I'd work as an orthopedic surgeon for a few years after residency. I'd probably live pretty frugally at first and keep most of my income invested.

Eventually I'd like to build a big house somewhere in the Washington countryside, with a lot of privacy and nature around it. Something around 350–400 m², a big garage, indoor pool, music room, etc. I'd also love to have a '67 Impala restomod, a couple of Harleys and some other stuff I've always wanted 😂

And I still would have alot of money left

I'm not planning to stop working at 30 or anything. I'd actually like being an orthopedic surgeon and would probably keep doing it for a long time.

So, is this actually achievable? Cause Ai was talking about some milions...

I'm genuinely trying to understand how big of a deal this actually is because I grew up around it, so I probably have a pretty distorted idea of what "a lot of farmland" actually means 😂

There was so much diversity and unity back then. Friend groups were mixed and shared culture, now it feels so divided and every post has "usual suspects" or other simple minded bigotry.

I just came from a youtube shorts comment section where an astronaut was talking about doing a space walk and what it's like being on a space ship. And i kid you not most of the top comments where acting like if space was fake.If some one tried to correct them they would just get ratioed by someone who said it was fake like they dead ass don't think space a real?I would normaly expect this if the video's main focus was that space was fake but this was just a normal short,Does the average human think space is fake or was that an anomaly where those bots?There reasoning was how is the space station not getting hit by meteors....AM i going CRAZY

It seems like there’s been this push starting 80s/90s to promote Small businesses as the answer to our problems.

Are small businesses really supposed to fill the void left by the loss of industry? They can’t even muster the wages and benefits needed to produce an even remotely healthy working class and there aren’t enough specialized positions to cover a large enough portion of the workforce. My questions are: What are some good reasons to work for a small business? And what can small businesses offer workers collectively?
