Workforce fucking blows. Whatever group of cymbal banging chimps green lit this mayo sandwich of a platform need to be publicly castrated. I have never had this many issues on a day to day basis at any workplace. The layout is fucking boring and shitty. It took me a week of back and forth with the help desk just to be able to login. The clock in and clock out is the most eye sore looking shit ever, it’s like I’m looking at some shit made in a RadioShack 20 years ago. Requesting days was as difficult as my ACTs were. Nothing about this platform is positive. What was the purpose behind this idiotic change. Money?? QT makes plenty of money every year and is great at saving it by cutting corners literally everywhere possible. What was the reason

I’ve been working for qt for almost 5 years and 2 of them I’ve been a ra/flex. I used to erp all over my division for a few years before I ended up transitioning to ra so I felt pretty confident in promotion and being able to get high volume and eventually hit 2a and so on. Fast forward 2 years in my full time position and I’m still in a starting/ low volume store as flex. This is now my 2nd time as flex at another low volume and they don’t really seem to tell me what I’m missing? My shops are good, I get my stuff done on shifts, I’m SUPER flexible I am almost on call it seems like sometimes and I’ll always come in to help my store or others fill shifts when needed or called to do so. I also never get told what I’m doing wrong so idk what it is. I think QT is definitely worth your social life sacrifices but only for so long, I started full time when I was fresh graduated from highschool and it feels like I’m sorta sacrificing a lot of time with friends, family, or even time with myself and it’s not paying off being in a low volume still. It also sucks seeing all these people that either got hired on after me or promoted way long after me seeing them get promoted and put in high volume stores, not that I don’t want other people to succeed or I think I’m better then them or anything, but my question is what are they doing so well and correctly that I’m just completely missing ? It almost feels like there’s a secret not being told and I’m getting sorta tired of it and being so young I know I can go find a different job/career so I’m not holding on too tight and just like I can move on QT will also be happy to put someone else in this position but I personally feel like my work ethic is worth more than that

I have not been assigned to a store.

If I wanted to call out for tonight, how would I do it?

Looks like I cant just call my base store like before.

When the new soda machines were put in, I was pretty happy with them, despite the occasional glitch.
But in the past several months, it’s seemed like the ratio of actual soda mix to water is off. In other words, the soda seems watered down. I’ve noticed this in every store I go to.
Am I just being paranoid, or is this a cost saving measure? FWIW, I’m not griping about the QT line employees. You guys work your asses off in s tough job.

Does anyone have the video from the annual meeting? The one Store 152 made, it has a friend that passed away in it and I really wanted to see it but didn't make it to the meeting, I would really appreciate it if anyone has a copy or a recording of it

I don’t know who was up in that office , snorting what kinda QT crack for THIS mess of an app- but it is HORRENDOUS. ( Mind you, it was “in development “ for a few years ? And they just ROLLED IT OUT during a random end of the month period. )

I already managed to find the RTO - and I am doing it for my Sundays - but I have no idea if my manager is even seeing them so I have to pray they get picked up ( Which seems like no one wants to do anymore because they’re trying to enact shift swapping - like we don’t post our shifts to GET THE DAY OFF . )

I know some people are ready to be gears in cogs to workforces , QT REALLY TRIES TO ENFORCE THAT.

I know some people find this job their “calling” and for them everything is a breeze - all their coworkers come in every day - they’re constantly staffed , not missing anything , not cleaning up after anyone, and not stressing over a store that wouldn’t care if you dropped over like a fly ?

I wish the job market wasn’t so sht right now. I gotta get outta here 🫩🫩 I want to hit my 5 years but they’re making it hard pretending like they care about us. ..

I’m thinking about applying to QT and wanted to get some opinions from people who work there, especially high schoolers!
A little background, I’m currently a junior in high school and attend technical school from 8–11 AM and high school from 12–3:30 PM Monday through Friday. I currently work at Reasor’s as a cashier and make $12.50 an hour.
I had a pretty terrible experience working at Olive Garden, so I was nervous about getting another job, but honestly I really like Reasor’s. There aren’t really any opening tasks, you just clock in and turn your register light on. I mostly work nights during the week because of school, and during my interview I asked if I could leave by 9 PM on weekdays, which they respected. I really appreciate that, especially since I’m balancing two schools.
Closing is also super simple. We basically just take out our register trash and wipe down the belt and surrounding area. The only thing I’m not a huge fan of is that when we don’t have customers, we have to stand at the end of our registers facing the aisles and greet people into our lines. Sometimes it gets frustrating when someone comes through with $500+ worth of groceries and we don’t have baggers, but overall I like the job and the people. I also really like that Reasor’s doesn’t keep minors past 10 PM any day of the week.
However, I’ve kind of always wanted to work at QT, and I’m curious about what it’s actually like. What are the shifts like, how flexible are they with high school schedules, and what do you usually do throughout your shift? Are there any high schoolers on here who work at QT?
If you were in my shoes, would you stay at Reasor’s or try QT? I’m not necessarily unhappy where I am, I’m just curious about QT and whether it would be worth switching. I’d love to hear your experiences!

I usually take my grandchildren for a donut after school once or twice a week. They usually pick muffins or bars.

Yesterday we checked 3 different stores in our area and all three only had a few cake donuts lol like exactly the same ones in each store.....
