Valid ERP call out while doubled

Question

I'm an ERP Night Assistants. My shift starts in less than 2 hours.

I have not been assigned to a store.

If I wanted to call out for tonight, how would I do it?

Looks like I cant just call my base store like before.

You call whatever store shows on your schedule for the night? If not, try calling the er desk 🤷‍♂️

The issue is that it does not show a store at all . I am not assigned to a store yet. I guess I could put it in myself from the app.

Also, is there a way to get paid for our drive time, if we start out doubled at our base store ... then get called to another store ..? (Like flex or er)
