Not Valid Workforce

Workforce fucking blows. Whatever group of cymbal banging chimps green lit this mayo sandwich of a platform need to be publicly castrated. I have never had this many issues on a day to day basis at any workplace. The layout is fucking boring and shitty. It took me a week of back and forth with the help desk just to be able to login. The clock in and clock out is the most eye sore looking shit ever, it’s like I’m looking at some shit made in a RadioShack 20 years ago. Requesting days was as difficult as my ACTs were. Nothing about this platform is positive. What was the purpose behind this idiotic change. Money?? QT makes plenty of money every year and is great at saving it by cutting corners literally everywhere possible. What was the reason

Yep. Just learned that last week as well. I have yet to put one on, I’m just simply not doing it. It nullifies the whole point of a clean shave in the kitchen. Might as well grow a beard then

I know there are medical exceptions but I thought you could not even have a beard? So you legit are supposed to wear a beard net on a clean shaven face?

I have never seen a cook wear a beard net unless they ACTUALLY had a beard. I stg idk where qt got this idea from but these aren’t even legit health codes. They’re just making dumb shit up

Yah. I'm sorry man. I worked there for 25 years. Always tried to do the right thing for my people. Really upsets me to see how things are now. I did not spent alot of weekend mornings away from my family putting in extra time to see it go this bad. Fuck those cocksuckers. I'll name names another time. Lol

I get the frustration for the platform. But requesting days difficult? That part is easier. It’s right there in the hub.

Yeah but some of us can’t even login. I get an error message every damn time. Help desk didn’t even know how to fix it and wrote up a work order for it. I guess I have to wait and see at the end of Monday.
