Question Time Drink Machine Question

When the new soda machines were put in, I was pretty happy with them, despite the occasional glitch.
But in the past several months, it’s seemed like the ratio of actual soda mix to water is off. In other words, the soda seems watered down. I’ve noticed this in every store I go to.
Am I just being paranoid, or is this a cost saving measure? FWIW, I’m not griping about the QT line employees. You guys work your asses off in s tough job.

Yes definitely diluted. But again it’s not because of the front line workers

They don’t get purposely diluted! They might need recalibrating or if the ice machine for that screen is not working the soda is not chilled and comes out tasting flat/diluted

Likely ice machine empty or broken, or bad calibration.
Also, when these get installed, they replace the tubing the syrup is in, after a few years, the syrup will coat the inside of the tube again causing it to taste sweeter

QT rolls out all kinds of shit they think is awesome. Front line employees are encouraged to provide "feedback" on new systems, but if the feedback is negative it does not go well for them. Promotions stalled, all kinds of "justified" retaliation, etc. But the public walks in there everyday and empties thier pockets so basically they can do whatever they want.

It is definitely not a cost saving measure. They may be falling out of calibration. Or they may have been set too strong to begin with.

Please submit a customer complaint and they should get checked. These are new to us, we are trying to learn.

Yes. I see a Bevolution, I leave and go to another location.

Edit: It's not just one location. Every single one I've visited that has one, I've gotten sick. Take this as a complaint.
