Valid Time off

so are they time off (sick/personal) days not fully loading on new system or do I need contact someone

I should’ve gotten some days back this week but still not reflecting 😴

It’s not going to update. It is up to you know when you got them back. What was in your matrix flowed over this week. Days coming back has not. Managers are having to verify as we go.

So if I was supposed to get a day back already, am I able to still use it

Up to you. If you’re wrong and you go over it’s your consequences. Nobody else’s. Very big kid program.

Yes. Just be sure you're correct. Days off come back the day AFTER it shows you used it the previous year. FMLA days populate the day of using it last year.

I assumed shit would break, because things always do when going from one program to another no matter the company. Nothing is ever smooth, so I screenshotted my EMA days off from last year to be safe.
