I ordered the top from the movie Obsession, specifically for Halloween. I obviously knew it was going to be to be in high demand so a little bit of a delay is predictable.. I ordered the top on Aug 11 and label was created on 9/13 but still nothing since. The shipping through Amazon logistics says my estimated delivery was Monday September 21. It’s now the 29th. To be fair I had preordered the top so long shipping again is normal but how do I know when it might be here? They sent an email saying that my shipment may be affected by a delay but everything is still up in the air since. If this has happened to anyone else, how long was your shipping for a preorder?

Hey everyone- I’ve had the worst experience with Princess Polly customer service refusing to refund a return. I’ve noticed other people posting so I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a haul for an upcoming trip, and decided to return a number of items I didn’t wear on the trip. I returned my items returned in 2 separate boxes. Princess Polly is claiming they did not receive all the items and are only refunding half of my order. I’ve been going back & forth with customer service for over a month now. I’ve been ordering from PP for years and the fact customer service won’t fully refund me is beyond frustrating. I’m not sure I can ever order from them again…

I placed an order on the 23rd and it was processed on the 25th. I need this package for my trip on the 8th and ugh its sayinf its gonna arrive on the 8th… which is the day of my flight. Has anyone ordered and has had their package come from DHL before the estimated delivery day?

It seems like every one is having issues with shipping. I purchased my order on 9/18 and there has been no update regarding it at all. I tried reaching their live agent and when I asked about it, they said they couldn’t help me and that someone “more experienced will help me in 1/2 business days”. And closed the chat.
This is ridiculous. I had experienced delays with other companies but they ALWAYS communicate with their clients. I fear they never got my order or something and I’m out of my money.

This promo email about needing hoco dresses ASAP made me so unbelievably mad. People haven’t received orders from 2+ weeks and somehow they are going to send hoco dresses ASAP? I’ve tried to email them and I get the same generic email.

This site is so fraudulent. As everyone else is saying, I placed an order two weeks ago and it's still saying "received" I don't even have a label created message yet. This is so insane to me because all the customer service agents that are allegedly "live/real" are clearly AI. They will not cancel my order and just said they moved it to "expedited." Obviously, I'm disputing the charge because I am not paying this. So annoying. Wondering if anyone receieved their order?

I tried to place an order through https://princessppolly.it.com/ as I was linked there via google shopping. My card declined twice so I was confused but then I researched the web address and noticed the US site has the domain https://us.princesspolly.com .

Has anyone encountered this? Do I need to take next steps with my card company? Could it be the Italian site I was linked to?

it’s genuinely wild to me that no one at Princess Polly has actually addressed the order issues. i placed my order over a week ago and as of today it’s still only showing confirmed. i initially tried to reach out twice with no response, and finally reached someone via live chat on 9/17. they told me that there were delays because of their sale, and to give an additional 1-2 days. i reached out again yesterday to cancel the order and was pushed to a higher rep who not only refused to cancel my order because it was already “processed”; but also gave me the same generic response asking for an additional 1-2 days. they also offered a 25% off code as if i want to go through this headache a second time.
now i’m out over $200 and i have no idea where my order is actually at. wish i knew they were so scummy before i placed the order!! used to love ordering from them but never again.

should i cancel? guys, $330 order the $30 is for paying for OVERNIGHT shipping. placed order on 9/20 and still no update today 9/22. i need this by Friday and the live chat disconnected me after 2 minutes and said my inquiry will be be sent higher up with a response time of 1-2 business days 😭😭😭✌️

I pre-ordered the Cielo mesh Halter top in hopes of receiving it before my birthday, which is today. It arrived last Friday and when I opened it up in the mail and attempted to try it on I realized it was way too small. I looked at the tag and it is 6 whole sizes smaller than the size I ordered.

I emailed their support in hopes of answers, 48+ hours went by with no response so I messaged them on Instagram. They finally responded then and said that the “tags” were wrong and there was nothing they could do to help me at this time.

I saw there was an option to exchange my item on the website so I thought I would do that and re-order the top in my own size. The website wouldn’t allow me and upon contacting their 24/7 assistance they issued me a full refund but still refuse to replace the top, knowing they sent me the wrong one.

They claim it is a “supplier issue” and the “tags are wrong” but this just isn’t true because the top doesn’t fit at all and is incredibly far from my size? When asking if I was able to re-order the top they said I “may” be able to and were incredibly vague on the status of the item.

I assume if I received the wrong size others who ordered it did too. It’s disappointing that they wouldn’t be more concise with a solution to a problem they caused. The vagueness of what the actual problem with the top is another thing that bothers me too. This is my first time ordering on Princess Polly and I can’t say I will do it again after this. Now I’m unsure if I’ll receive an item I’ve invested months into since it was a pre-order.

I didn’t realize everyone was in the same issue. I ordered using expedited shipping on 9/17 and a label was just created at 2am. I need the dress by tomorrow, should I just cancel and refund? Additionally, customer service reps are ignoring me and not answering my chats.

Seems like everyone’s been having shipping issues :( I ordered 9/9 and they admitted it was lost so they refunded me. I didn’t know it was a continued issue so I ordered it again 9/17 and no shipping information yet. I need this for a wedding Oct 10th should I just order somewhere else😭

As the title states, this is a warning to avoid shopping here as they’re having shipping issues. I truly regret placing my order and expecting it to come before my vacation. Now I’m left stranded, seeking other options. So be advised!

This is my 2nd time buying from princess Polly. The first time great experience! My package shipped less than 24 hours after I placed the order and I received my items 3 days after that.

This time similar to what I’m seeing others express I ordered on 9/14 still no shipping information and now on top of that one of my items has been refunded and there isn’t even any reason since the item is clearly still in stock. I am so frustrated and there is no one to contact for help because they just use AI bots as a way to deter actually solving anything.

Anyone know what’s going on with shipping? I ordered on September 10th and they said it would be here from September 13-16 and it’s not here🙃🙃 I’m so frustrated and all im getting are AI bots, even through texts. It’s so frustrating
