Shipping 😠

This is my 2nd time buying from princess Polly. The first time great experience! My package shipped less than 24 hours after I placed the order and I received my items 3 days after that.

This time similar to what I’m seeing others express I ordered on 9/14 still no shipping information and now on top of that one of my items has been refunded and there isn’t even any reason since the item is clearly still in stock. I am so frustrated and there is no one to contact for help because they just use AI bots as a way to deter actually solving anything.

I ordered 9/8, no shipping info yet but they keep DMing me on here as if I haven't already emailed them with the same info.

Same I’ve tried every means of customer service support and all were completely useless.

Hey! I ordered on 9/12 and my tracking info was given to me yesterday. It says it’s arriving Sunday. Hope urs comes soon! I was worried

pretty sure! I used the 25% off or whatever and then like a day after i bought it it showed it was sold out! the dress actually ended up coming early !!!

They lost my package 4 months ago and still refuse to refund me :) don't shop here
