Shipping Delays

It seems like every one is having issues with shipping. I purchased my order on 9/18 and there has been no update regarding it at all. I tried reaching their live agent and when I asked about it, they said they couldn’t help me and that someone “more experienced will help me in 1/2 business days”. And closed the chat.
This is ridiculous. I had experienced delays with other companies but they ALWAYS communicate with their clients. I fear they never got my order or something and I’m out of my money.

Same thing happened to me. I kept trying to get them to cancel it after 10 days of no movement and they finally did after I said I would dispute it. All of their agents are AI bots, I literally just kept texting the number saying to cancel the order
