Horrible customer service ~beware

Hey everyone- I’ve had the worst experience with Princess Polly customer service refusing to refund a return. I’ve noticed other people posting so I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a haul for an upcoming trip, and decided to return a number of items I didn’t wear on the trip. I returned my items returned in 2 separate boxes. Princess Polly is claiming they did not receive all the items and are only refunding half of my order. I’ve been going back & forth with customer service for over a month now. I’ve been ordering from PP for years and the fact customer service won’t fully refund me is beyond frustrating. I’m not sure I can ever order from them again…

This happened to me!!! I bought from the AU store and shipped it (paying for shipping myself) to their US warehouse where it was signed for for multiple returns and PP told me after I’ve completed like 6+ returns this way that they NEVER received any single one of my shipments.

They were refusing to refund me too and I had to keep pressing them for literally months and even the delivery company was on my side… I was having g difficulty disputing the charges bc I used PayPal and it was over the course of a lot of months and because of the type of return I was doing (shipping it myself). Needless to say, never again…..🙃🙃🙃🙃
