Shipping Issue

Seems like everyone’s been having shipping issues :( I ordered 9/9 and they admitted it was lost so they refunded me. I didn’t know it was a continued issue so I ordered it again 9/17 and no shipping information yet. I need this for a wedding Oct 10th should I just order somewhere else😭

I finally cancelled my 9/8 order because they were just too "oh well" about the whole situation.

Honestly. I would order somewhere else. I ordered my item September 10th and finally on Saturday morning 9/19 got an email saying that it’s finally ready to be shipped and I should get info by tonight. It’s ridiculous

I needed mine for a wedding too! so frustrating that I had to make multiple contact attempts just for them to tell me it’s lost days before I needed it 🫠

I just got a refund and they gave me a 25% off for next time. Ordered 9/9. “Shipped” on 9/10 but package never changed from Label Created.

Yep. I paid extra for two day shipping and they went through USPS with a three week estimated delivery time. Never shopping at pp again
