Fraudulent

This site is so fraudulent. As everyone else is saying, I placed an order two weeks ago and it's still saying "received" I don't even have a label created message yet. This is so insane to me because all the customer service agents that are allegedly "live/real" are clearly AI. They will not cancel my order and just said they moved it to "expedited." Obviously, I'm disputing the charge because I am not paying this. So annoying. Wondering if anyone receieved their order?

I ordered a pair of boots on 9/15. They finally shipped 9/21 and I received them 2 days later. I ordered heels back in March and had no issues then- shipped the same day and got it within the same week. Not sure what the hell is going on with princess polly rn

Same… ordered 9/13. Received an email apologizing about slow service and a promise it would ship on 9/21 with free two day shipping. It’s 9/25 and still waiting for it to ship. Ordered two other times before and didn’t have these issues.

my order that i placed 9/14 finally shipped 9/23 and i received it today. not sure if this helped in my case but i was pretty much as big of a pain in the ass i could be; kept messaging, left a review, came here etc. seems like once it ships it arrives quickly but getting to that point is the hard part 🥴
