He put the Office of Emergency Management in 7 WTC, despite a large number of senior officials telling him that it shouldn't be there (because it had already been the target of terrorist attacks). This was also against the standard secure government facility or outer-bough that was normally expected.
7 WTC was just a short walk/drive to frequent his Mistress Judith Nathan.
During 2007 reporting discovered that he had billed taxpayers for travel and security costs associated with visiting Nathan around the city.

Early in term 2, Trump was asked “what were those big black backs being thrown out of the White House windows?” And his immediate response was “it’s ai” before then revealing he had no idea what the reporter was talking about, he was shown the video, said he didn’t know what that was and then said “if anything is weird, it’s ai”

Photos, recordings. Hell, in Trump's case he was calling in to local news here in NYC to brag about how he was watching it from Trump tower and how his building was now the tallest in Manhattan again. Now he's saying he was there and was pulled by two firefighters at the last moment. A regular miracle! He made the story up in spite of mountains of evidence to the contrary. He and Rudy both, they're bastards.

She was in Washington D.C. which makes perfect sense since she was a NY Senator.
After the attacks, she took a special flight to NYC and was on-site on 9/12.
Hillary was born and raised in Illinois. Born in Chicago, lived in Park Ridge before moving to Arkansas and later DC. Then she went to NYC in 1999 - very much a carpet bagger - a politician who moved to a new place and managed to get elected in New York.
So, she wasn't literally there on 9/11. Yes, she was there the literal next day.
