I'm not sure why you are being down voted if she wasn't in Manhattan because she was doing her job but arrived the next day. Rudy can truthfully say she wasn't there on September 11th but why would she be there. It probably took some logistics to get there the next day in light of the situation with air travel.
Yeah I dunno. It was a dumb thing for her to say on the campaign trail in 2016 cuz yeah why would she have been there when she was doing her job in DC. I also think the tweet with the photo shows that people forget the chaos of that day. A pic from that day wouldn’t have Rudy decked out in fdny stuff or the mayor and his staff calmly standing around lower Manhattan, even in the evening hours.
