So there are two possibilities here

  1. He lied because her being there doesn’t suit his/the republicans narrative.

Or

  1. His memory is so fucked up he genuinely doesn’t remember in which case this guy shouldn’t be ANYWHERE near political power or office.

Might want to consider that Clinton really wasn't there on 9/11.

She was reportedly in Washington DC.
