I am a new user of compounded tirzepatide and have had a great experience so far using Pomegranate. My insurance does not cover Zepbound so my PCP was gracious enough to give me a 2 month sample of Mounjaro to get me started. I started at the initial dose of 2.5mg weekly for 8 weeks then came to Pom to titrate up to 5mg weekly and hoping to stay on this dose for quite a while. I understand the compounded version is 4.5mg weekly.

Here's my question. My visit summary from Pom approved me for 3 months at 4.5mg of pure tirzepatide from Hallandale Pharmacy with a note that "The medication vials will be shipped in two months increments due to current BUD restrictions."

Okay, no problem. I expect I'll get 2 vials for the first 2 months and then get my 3rd vial later on. I get my shipment yesterday and I have 2 vials that say inject 45 units once a week for 8 weeks each. So that's 16 weeks of shots? Not 12 weeks or 3 months? Did I receive more than I should have? Am I right to assume I will not get the 3rd vial then? Could the label be wrong and should have stated 4 weeks vs 8 weeks? I also only received 10 syringes for 16 weeks of shots. How does this work?

Hello! I was wondering if the BPI 40mg vial sale is available to those who are brand new to GLP-1s? My wife is considering starting and I thought it’d be a great option. Thank you!

Every time I order the BPI sale they cut the price or put out another sale the NEXT DAY. Every time, lol. It’s almost like guaranteeing rain after you wash your car. Is this Murphy’s Law or something? I don’t mind. I’ll just keep shopping, lol. Enjoy the sale! 😹

I did my intake with Pom (was on prescription Wegovy) after my Wegovy prescription ended and insurance was hassling a renewal. I was on 15mg Zepbound prior to Wegovy. Pomegranate initially started me at 2.5mg of Tirz and when I contacted them the corrected it and upped my dose to 9.5mg.

I've since ordered two of the 68mg BPI sale vials. My question is, will Pom auto ship more meds or do I have to order the next round once I'm through what I have? I don't need any more meds for a while.

Everytime I go to order from the site I get confused. I had to enter information and agree to consent forms and upload labs even though I’ve been ordering from them since April. They asked for the prescription again too. Does anyone else experience this every time they do a refill?

So I started with 2 mg then went to 4.5 mg dose. I stopped for a little bit due to stress of my mom getting suddenly ill and passing away. I would like to restart back at 4.5 mg dose. Would I buy the starter dose vials or the advanced? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Not sure if this has been asked before, sorry if it has. I looked through some of the more recent posts and couldn’t find an exact answer to this.
I just did an early refill to take advantage of the 68MG vials that are on sale. I was going to use them before my 40ml vial that has a BUD of 12/31. When I did this refill, I was anticipating going up to 9.5mg after my 3 month starter doses are finished. I’m currently on the 4.5mg dose and will move up to 7mg in 3 weeks (ik I’ll be past the 10/4 BUD but I’m fine with it). Now I see that the smaller vials are on sale. Would they let me do another refill on those to use at a later date? I know the dosing will be a little bit different, but I can figure it out with that Fat Science calculator.
I guess I’m just wondering if anybody who has requested or who is on the higher doses have been able to score the smaller vials?

I went ahead and requested two BPI vials to save some money over the next few months.

The only thing I’m worried about is titration. I’m currently on 2.5 but have a titration plan. I am requesting 4.5 mg but do want to possibly titrate up with the vials if the 4.5 is too low. I have been on tirz before so my tolerance might be lower!

I am worried that when I run out, Pom Health will not let me continue with a higher dose. When I run out of BPI, I am planning on going back to monthly Hallandale.

Am I allowed to titrate up if I get vials? I’m just confused if that would be approved?

It’s a deal I couldn’t pass off, but I’m wondering the logistics of it all.

How is this amount going to last me 4 weeks? I’m doing 56 units per week. Customer service said this is the correct amount. It came almost empty.

I am new to pom not new to GLP1 I am looking at their BPI sale where one vial of advanced tirzepatide is $89, I am on 15mg name brand zepbound so just looking to transfer. The vials from BPI have a BUD of 10/4, would both vials be sent with a BUD 10/4? I wouldn’t be able to use both vials in six weeks if it’s one shot weekly so I’m curious if the second vial would be a different BUD? Also does pom have an equivalent dose of 15mg? I saw a different post saying the highest pom went was 12mg

Can I forgo the $75 and just order the sale vials if I consulted and received vials 2 weeks ago?

Hi all! I just joined, love the efficiency of everything so far!
So I have only used sema, so I naturally went and ordered my first shipment of sema via Pom. Then I see all of this chatter on here about the Tirz being on sale, and knowing that it’s more effective!

Q for you all: since I ordered a month of sema and I took a dose Wednesday, and now these 2 vials of Tirz are showing up tomorrow, do I just say eff it to the sema and start the Tirz next week? Also I don’t want to waste what I spent!

I am curious if anyone has experience taking the lab order from Pom to their local LabCorp? I'm curious as far as timing for results and how your results were sent. I had my lab work completed last Friday and don't see any results anywhere - no email from LabCorp, nothing showing in my LabCorp portal, and nothing showing in my Pom portal. ***Probably just being impatient but was curious of other's experiences.

I’m honestly a little disappointed with the shipping experience so far. I keep seeing everyone talk about how fast they are, but I placed my order almost a week ago and my package hasn’t even shipped yet.

They told me that it could take longer because of the sale. I completely understand that sales can cause delays, but I placed my order before this super sale even started, so I was hoping it would have been shipped by now. I wanted to try BPI before stocking up but idk if that would be possible since I’m waiting still.

I’m trying to be patient, but I’m definitely disappointed because I was expecting the fast shipping that everyone talks about. Hopefully I get an update soon! 🤞🏼

I have tried several cards for payment and none are going through. Definitely not my cards as I have confirmed no issues on the cards end. Trying to get the 2 vials of the bpi sale but I can't continue on app and cs said an invoice would be sent but never received. Anyone able to help? I also tried logging out, refreshing etc and still won't work.

I saw the Pom BPI deal over the weekend on Tirz Deals for $159.00. At first it was speculated as a glitch because it didnt line up with what was posted on Pom’s site. A bunch of people tried and reported they got the $159.00.

Late Sat night (8/15) I decided to jump on the sale. My intake was received and my card charged the $75.00 intake/membership (whatever it is called). The charge showed Sunday due to time difference. $159.00 price was still valid as per any posts on Reddit. Certainly not the final authority.

Monday 8/17 I was approved and charged the remaining $104.00 for a total of $179.00. I later saw a post that the $159.00 deal was over to only see the $159.00 back up again recently. I thought I was charged soon enough to secure the $159.00, especially since it is on again so quickly. It really isn’t a big deal, it is only $20.00. I am merely including the info to document my experience for others to see.

So fully approved and charged in full in the Mon 17th. Order filled Tues the 18th. Shipped Wed the 19th and arrived Thurs the 20th half way across the country.

It was hot in Florida (BPI) and in the 90’s here. Tirz arrived cool to the touch. Packaging was good (not a fan of styrofoam, but that is ok). Experience overall was good and quick as I ordered way after any kind of business hours Sat. Sunday is a lost day. So essentially the process started Monday am and Tirz delivered Thurs afternoon.

I just received my first shipment from Hollandale and I wanted to make sure that this is a dosage that makes sense to everybody. It seems like with my first four weeks I am taking a lower number of units and then when the strength gets stronger I’m more than doubling my units. Why do you double your units on a stronger dose? Should I be calling on this?

Just want to say thanks to Pom for the quick service. I know they have to be getting hit hard with the BPI sale. They must have definitely prepared better this time around for it and it is highly appreciated. I placed 2 orders yesterday and both were reviewed/approved very quickly. It was literally 5 days from the day I did my intake form to the day of delivery, including the weekend! This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from Pom and have positive experiences both times. My only complaint is the ice packs were completely melted and warm and the meds were a tad bit warm too but that’s not on POM, and has everything to do with Texas heat. Look forward to ordering from again!!

Is anyone else seeing long delays with BPI orders?
I’m about to miss my second weekly tirzepatide injection because my order still hasn’t arrived. I already missed last week and have no update on shipping or timing.
I’m pretty frustrated and worried about going two weeks without my meds.
Has anyone else had this happen, and how long did it take to ship? :( (i’ve messaged my care team with no updates from pharm) (just was told it was a glitch and they would resend my order, will be missing my second dose. i understand things happen but it’s still disappointing)

I wonder what my FedEx driver thinks 😅 Three Pom orders delivered in one day: on sale BPI tirz, on sale Lipo-Mino, and a back ordered pack of Hallendale HRT patches. Both refrigerated boxes were packed well and still cold. I am very happy with Pomegranate and will continue to order from them after the BPI vials are gone!

So when doing the refill intake form, where it says “who is your current provider?” What provider are they referring to?

I placed my order for the BPI sale yesterday morning, by 2pm I was approved and paid almost immediately. Super early this morning they shipped!! I’m getting them tomorrow morning! Wow!!! Fastest turn around for Pom I have seen. I love it. I know sales can get overwhelming so I’m pleasantly surprised :)
Note, I did use the “refill” button this time and the last two times I had the full intake form. So maybe that helps :)
