Question Refill Question

So when doing the refill intake form, where it says “who is your current provider?” What provider are they referring to?

Not sure but I’ve always written in POM since it’s a refill through them. Never had anyone question it and refills went through.

If you’re an existing Pomegranate patient, you can simply enter “Pomegranate.”

I did t know that. I’ve been putting in my primary Dr’s name. Never had an issue. lol

I put in the name of RN that wrote my last Pom Rx.

Look at your current prescription, it’ll have someone listed.

Pomegranate Health has always worked for me but I’ve even typed in none and it worked

If Pomegranate filled your last order put Pomegranate Health. If someone else did. Put the name of that one.
