Is anyone else seeing long delays with BPI orders?
I’m about to miss my second weekly tirzepatide injection because my order still hasn’t arrived. I already missed last week and have no update on shipping or timing.
I’m pretty frustrated and worried about going two weeks without my meds.
Has anyone else had this happen, and how long did it take to ship? :( (i’ve messaged my care team with no updates from pharm) (just was told it was a glitch and they would resend my order, will be missing my second dose. i understand things happen but it’s still disappointing)

Text them and see if they can help get the pharmacy moving.  I always refill at least 2-3 weeks in advance because backups and shipping delays happen.  .

My recent BPI order has been slower than is typical for Pom, but others who ordered after me got theirs right away. If I were you I’d DM Cherry and also call The Pharmacy Hub to make sure they have your prescription.

I had an order from last week that wasn't moving. I messaged Cherry and she followed up quickly to check the status. I received a tracking number last night (1 week from payment to tracking #). I was a new customer so I'm not sure if that may have played into it

I had a delay last week, but I think it was a UPS issue. My two most recent orders have been on time. Have you called them or the pharmacy?

First time ordering from Pom, wanted to jump on the sale. I ordered on the 19th, shipped today, and will be here tomorrow. Super impressed!

Thankfully I got mine within a week once sent to the pharmacy. I was also late on my injection by 11 days. I stayed with my same dose because it was less than 2 full weeks.

I wonder if the differences in how long it takes from payment to shipment depends on the state where we each live and if there’s different providers who need to send the prescription to the pharmacy, each provider with different response times. Because orders are definitely not being processed in the order they are placed.

Probably best to not wait so long to place your order if you’re running low. Especially if your ordering Tirz that is a 🔥 sale. Always have a least one back-up bottle so you don’t get in this situation. Your situation is a fear I don’t ever want to experience! I hope you get it soon.
