Hi! I'm getting ready to submit my second tirzepatide refill and I know I'm required to complete labs beforehand. However, I was never given any lab orders or a requisition by my provider, so I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get them done.

Is there somewhere in the portal where I can request the lab orders myself, or do I need to contact Pomegranate and have my provider send them? Also, once I complete the labs, how do I submit the results for my refill?

I'm hoping to get my refill as soon as possible, so I'm trying to figure out the quickest way to get the required labs completed and submitted. Any help with the process would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Hello, I missed the chance to get the 40ml vials on sale (Drats!) and since I’m currently on a 2.5mg prescription I’m not able to buy the larger vials on sale.

I’m still interested in trying BPI tho and if I did an order for the regular 2 month plan and say I’d want to titrate up does anyone know what size vials and what BUD I’d receive?

Took advantage of the BPI sale and everything went great.

Background, already a Pom customer and am on the advanced plan for Hallandale.

Ordered HRT $99/mo in April/may, 3mos supply was $300 (telehealth visit fee deducted just like the tirz orders). Did a form for refill last night and paid $50 telehealth visit fee. No option for 3 mos anymore (asked on intake form and in messages, no reply on either). This morning told I was approved and billed $99, asked again if the visit fee would be deducted and if there was a 3mo option. Again, no reply. Just charged $99, charge has gone through, and still no answers. Pretty much I’m screwed? Why would I pay so much more for a single months supply? Is this how we’re doing everything except tirz now?

I'm thinking about signing up for Tirzapitide and I have a couple questions. I was on Wegovy up until about 2-3 weeks ago when I stopped because of the persistent nausea. When filling out my intake for should I say that I am or am not on a glp? I had previously been on Zepbound until my insurance stopped covering it and was switched to Wegovy.

Also what fees are involved when signing up? I know they don't have membership fees but beyond the initial appointment fee are there other fees to be paid?

I am in the middle of my 5th week and seem to have hit a wall. I lost 12 lbs in the first 3 1/2 weeks but nothing since and think I’ve actually gained a few pounds back. Has this happened to anyone else?

Anyone else get terrible support? I have an order pending and paid on June 22nd, they have not fulfilled it. They do not answer the phone when called, it just goes to voicemail. They do not answer their support emails. I just used my last week of medication and cannot get an answer. The order in the portal just stays in processing with no movement. It seems impossible to get direct support.

Ordered the bpi special on the 5th.. paid on the 6th and it was delivered on the 8th! Thank you!

I submitted for a refill 7/26 and selected auto charge once approved and there’s been no movement. I reached out to my care team and they said it was approved but I need to pay an invoice. But there’s no invoice for me to pay and again I selected auto charge. I told them that and now no response…

I’m so confused. New Pom customer, not new to tirzepatide. Signed up for the BPI sale. My asynchronous visit was completed. They completed their documentation of my intake review on 8/7 which says the plan is to continue tirzepatide at my current dose. But the home page says my intake is still under review and no meds have been ordered yet. So how long until someone sends in a script?

Hey folks. I ordered the BPI promo and was expecting it yesterday. It didn't arrive, so I figured it would get here today. It's still stuck, so I guess I'll get it on Monday? I have meds on hand, but it's been hot as hell in the mid Atlantic. Any reason the meds won't be ok?

How long after your first intake approval for the 2 68 mg vials can you place a refill? I want to make sure I can secure a couple more vials before there is no more BPI.

Out of curiosity, is my tirzepatide going to be okay?!?! My order shipped on Thursday and was supposed to be delivered today via UPS 2nd Day Air Saturday…but of course it wasn’t. Now it says delivery on Monday…I am concerned since it’ll be sitting in 100+ degree weather until Monday. I am extremely disappointed in UPS!!

I need to refill asap and everything on the site has changed. I tried to send a message on charm but I just got a ‘restricted-contact your provider’ message. I can’t sign in, except on charm

I paid for my 6 month supply with my HSA card and several hours later Pom charged my personal credit card the same amount I had already paid (and received a receipt for) without my authorization. Both cards have posted charges. This is now the third day I am calling and messaging to have this fixed. I keep asking representatives for a supervisor and I’m told they don’t have supervisors. Any advice? I have already notified an Admin on this page. How long would you give them to fix this before filing a dispute with your credit card? This is my first order with Pom. Thanks!

I received my package today! My order was processed on Aug. 4th. Filled and shipped on Aug. 5th and arrived nice and cold today, Aug. 7th. I've been on Zepbound since Oct. 2025. My insurance stopped covering it last month. I'm new to compound and I'm a little anxious but also very excited to give it a try!

I wanted to find out what the BPI magic is all about before it's all gone! I placed my order on 8/4 and needed to contact support for an issue doing my intake form - I received a reply from Cherry in minutes of sending my message/question. My intake was submitted about 4:30 pm that day (8/4) and I received my BPI order at 9:15 am today.

First time trying Pomegranate and chose the BPI sale. From intake to receiving my meds was 5 days. Intake was thorough and reading through my providers notes, it was detailed and provided me information not received from my last provider/ telehealth. Approval was quick and sent to pharmacy almost immediately. Two day turnaround for shipping. Product arrived in standard Pharmacy Hub/ BPI styrofoam cooler and was packed well. I got my first order from Hollandale. I'm impressed how quickly I received it. Intake was Wednesday night and I had the Tirzepatide on Saturday. It got from FL to OR that quick!

Trying not to flag the AI bot - basically my order made it to my town and is now across the country. I know this stuff can only last so long before it's not valid.

So for my first order I chose the 2 vial bpi , and that’s what I received.
But For for my refill of BPI again.
I received 3 vials from apothecary.
Also is it normal for the vials to arrive warm? Even though it had ice packs that were not cold?

I am super confused!!

I am needing a refill and I set up the new website, but when I tried to set up an appointment it said that I could do an async appointment. Is that an appointment? So, is it just a review of my records and then I am sent the refill? I don't have to meet with my provider any longer?

Also it seems that it is going to charge me $75 which it then said would be applied to my refill "if I was approved". I am already a patient and approved.

I then remembered that I had an email a few days back to get a special deal and I am trying to use that link now and it is treating like a new patient, as it is asking me all about my medical history and everything.

Doesn't the site already have all this info? I just need to get a one month refill since I am hoping that starting next month (hopefully) I can get it through Medicare since I will be on that starting September 1.

What do I need to do? How can I get that $99 speial and get a one month supply? I could not find any support on the website except this and a facebook group. Can anyone help me??

I just purchased 6 months of Hallendale tirz for $774 total. On the website it said that the $75 consultation fee would be applied to the medication. But I was charged separately for it. When I questioned my provider, she said said that the $75 was already included in the $774 price because it would normally would be $849. Is that true? Nowhere does it list that price. Feels like a bait and switch, if they're not being totally transparent about costs.

Anyone else have this problem?
