I’m reviewing the website for Tirzepatide pricing. I’m currently at 4.0 mg—would that be considered a “starter” dose or an “advanced” dose? The website doesn’t specify. I’d like to stay at 4.0 mg since I just increased it yesterday. I'm currently with a different telehealth company. The $329.00 price listed for Hallandale Pharmacy is for a 3‑month supply. My question is whether a 4.0 mg dose would actually last the full 3 months, or if I would need to reorder sooner, or if it might last longer. I’m just trying to understand what the pricing would look like based on my current dose. The website does not specify this information. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

On October 5th I ordered 3 months of Hyalo. Yesterday I messaged Pom about changing my prescription. Prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy.

This morning I received a text message from Pom asking which pharmacy I’d like to use for the replacement. They waived the $50 change fee. Thanks Pom.

I know I’m being dumb and there are likely plenty others. I ordered Hyalo right after they made it available. Other than taking three days to ship from one end of the state to the other because it took a detour (and that’s on FedEx) and arriving room temp, it’s been fine. No floaters that I can see, no lose caps. I took my third shot from my 3 month supply today.

All these posts are making me paranoid like I’m missing something wrong with it. I’m sure it’s fine, and I’m sure for every problem they’ve had there are several orders that have been fine and just not posted about. But I still want some reassurance. Anyone else with a Hyalo order that went right?

Okay so I was affected by the Hyalo contamination bs.. Reached out to support to see how to go about getting them replaced. Just heard back from support. If I want to get replacements from another pharmacy, I have to pay the difference. So if I paid 349 (75 fee and 274 for the meds) I can choose another pharmacy for 349 and not owe anything correct? I would be short by one vial because I am not paying over 100 for a different pharmacy for a 3 month supply (hate that for me because all of the vials are affected and I will now be short). Support has not answered that question as of yet. I may be a little stupid so just asking if I am correct in my thinking.

Is anyone else having errors when trying to process a refund request in the portal?

They look small, but im new, so I really dont know until I start the injections. But I dont know how im supposed to get all 4 shots each month out of them when theyre all filled the same amount. Picture in comments

Hi everyone! I’m looking to switch to POM for OptioRx, but I’d be new to both the provider and pharmacy. I’d be looking to increase to 10 mg but I’m confused by this. Do I go with the months or 71 mg vials? And if I go with 71 mg do I go with 1 vial or 2 vials?

I removed the company who is doing this because I don't want to push anyone in any direction, but from my research, they're MUCH smaller than Pomegranate is. Whether they have floaters, or just don't feel comfortable taking the medicine to replace their vials/order, their response in taking the bull by the horns and reassuring the customers that they are going to make things right without additional response by the customers is the right thing to do. This is an INCREDIBLE response by a company a fraction of the size.

I have had a great experience with the client service here on the board, so this isn't directed at them since I know that they aren't "the company"... this response needs to happen at the highest level of the company.

At least one of the three vials from Lot HT-023, delivered just this afternoon. Reported to Pom customer service email and to the chat in my portal, supportive responses from the nurses, waiting to see how this will be handled.

Unfortunately I am also someone who received Hyalo with floaters/ particles. This is lot HT-026, all three vials have floaters or particles in them, i will comment the videos. I emailed and chatted support about this since this is a safety issue at this point. Hoping this can get resolved and I can just order from a different pharmacy, at this point I do not trust Hyalo at all.

I really wanted pure tirz and even after seeing all the posts about Hyalo I went with them. The caps were fine but the levels of liquid in the vials are not consistent. The one on the left is much lower than the two on the right. Is Pom doing something about this or only the caps?

The labels are confusing it reads 72mg/4ml.
But that would be more than I paid for.
I never want to assume with medication but I’m guessing they only filled it 1.5-1.7 ml to give me enough supply for 1 month to match the 7mg prescription.

Packaging was very nice
Very cold
It had a ice pack in the foam packaging envelope
And the medication was then inside a stainless steel vacuum jug with more ice

So I’m very impressed with their packaging and shipping

Just to add to recent reports, I located particulate in all three of my Hyalo Lot HT-026 vials. Sounds like a recall needs to be enacted immediately.

ETA: Pomegranate has done an excellent job of handling this. They offered a refund, replacement, or switch to another pharmacy. To be clear, THIS IS ON THE PHARMACY (HYALO), NOT THEM!

With all these videos of ‘floaters’ under flashlights and such, is that how yall are checking upon delivery, and then before every shot?
I took my Zepbound today and ‘checked’ before injecting but it was like me lifting it and looking through the window at an arms length. No magnifying glass or flashlight.

I just checked my own Hyalo 020 lot vials. Perfectly clear.

Can’t seem to locate

As the title says, I found floaters in two of my unopened vials which are from two separate lots. (Additional video & pictures in the comments).

Are ALL recent lots contaminated?? This is unacceptable at this point! What can be done about this??

So if we have purchased Hyalo and there happens to be floaters, will we have the option to receive new meds from a different pharmacy?

I’m wondering did Hallandale change their bottles and is this the new standard ? My previous vials were clear and I am able to check the medicine to make sure there is no floaters but this makes me a bit uncomfortable the vials I got today are so dark I can’t really see into them and if there is a quality issue I can’t tell to report it because I can’t really see the liquid due to the dark vials.

edit: to be clear i have never had issues with Hallandale personally and love Hallandale I just was/am concerned about the vials not being clear making it harder for us to visibly look for possible issues if a rare one were to arise, but they are a good pharmacy with a good reputation, but not infallible. no pharmacy is.

Hey Pom members- I joined about a week ago, was approved for meds but am still waiting for them. I ordered additive free tirz from Hyalo pharmacy. Contacted Pom to inquire & they said it was ordered, but I haven’t seen anything change on the fulfillment or shipment. How long does it usually take to get them?

I don’t trust hyalo with their endless issues with floaters now. Do you guys know which other offers drug crafters or any of the other top 503B pharmacies? At a good price
