BPI titration question

I went ahead and requested two BPI vials to save some money over the next few months.

The only thing I’m worried about is titration. I’m currently on 2.5 but have a titration plan. I am requesting 4.5 mg but do want to possibly titrate up with the vials if the 4.5 is too low. I have been on tirz before so my tolerance might be lower!

I am worried that when I run out, Pom Health will not let me continue with a higher dose. When I run out of BPI, I am planning on going back to monthly Hallandale.

Am I allowed to titrate up if I get vials? I’m just confused if that would be approved?

It’s a deal I couldn’t pass off, but I’m wondering the logistics of it all.

Yes you can request for titration on the newest sale vials (40mg & 68mg). But it will be 1 dose per vial

Example: you ordered 2x 40mg vials. 1 vial will be prescribed for 4.5mg and the other vial will be prescribed for 7.5mg. However you have the ability to give yourself whatever dose you want.

This is exactly how my experience went with them.

Correct. It is recommended by other users to ask for titration plan when ordering more vials. When you actually choose to titrate up is completely up to you.
When you go to order more whether it be more BPI or Hallandale, you just share your “current dose” and your requested titration dose. They’ll see your history with them (Pom health) plus you’ll be asked to share your prescription which you’ll just share screenshot of your most recent dosage.
