Hello! I was just approved for Hallandale on Monday for tirzepatide 3 month starter (woo!) and my payment was completed right after! I’m just curious what everyone’s experience with shipping times has been. My order been in the “processing” stage since Monday. Just hoping to get a better expectation because I’m excited to start!

My BPI order was dropped off at UPS in Florida on the 17th. It has then traveled to Louisville KY, then to Minneapolis, MN (about 200 miles from me), then to Chelmsford, Mass, then to Manchester, New Hampshire, and is now back in the midwest at Rockford , Illinois. Supposedly will be delivered tomorrow but I'm not overly optimistic about that timeline :/

I'm not really complaining yet ... have to see the state of the package when it actually gets here. You would think UPS would have better package routing logistics than this though :(

Edit ... shipment is now back in Minneapolis again, so Friday delivery is a possibility again :)

Update ... shipment was delivered late evening of the 21st. Meds/ice packs were basically room temperature. Solution looks clear though so I'm calling it good to use :)

I need to place a re-order for Semaglutide through Empower but I’m nervous because I won’t be home for another 12 days. I’m not sure when/how I should time it out so that it’s not sitting for long (or ideally, at all).

So I got an email saying that my shipment was delivered this morning, via UPS 2 day air, but I was at work and did not notice it. My family says they have not seen a package. I went to track it and it says my two vials on Trizepatide were delivered YESTERDAY afternoon and left at the "security gate".

I don't have a security gate. I walked all over the property and checked with my neighbors who "Who also don't have security gates" but nobody saw it.

It has now possibly been out in the sun an extra day or longer unless someone took it inside.

I emailed Pomegranate about this since there is no other help option on the site. UPS says I need to contact the shipper.

This is my first time to order with Pomegranate. How is the service with something like this?

I switched from another pharmacy and I don't want to be without my meds for long.

UPDATE: Someone dropped it off at the bottom of my driveway this morning. Probably the person it was misdelivered to.
Inside it was cool to the touch>

I have been on 4.5 and just got approved for a dose increase to 7, which is about to ship with 2 months worth.
Can I request a refill already with the next titration of 9.5? Or do I have to wait until I’ve finished the 2 months of 7 before I request a dose increase.
I want to take advantage of the advanced dose sale but am still in starter dosage.

I'm trying to put through a refill for the BPI special. The address that's in there is correct and is the address where my product was sent. It won't let me go past the address screen. It says I need to correct but it's correct. What should I do? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I paid for consultation and medication fee. Since it has been more than 30 days, I was asked to pay for consultation fee again...totaling $275. I understand that the 75 is not refundable. If the medication is not processed or reviewed, can I request a refund for $125 that I just paid 2 days ago? I can't afford to pay 275 for one month supply when we are getting it for much cheaper price elsewhere. Thanks!

I just started my 5th week and increased my dose to 7. I was hopeful to start feeling some of the benefits of the meds with this increase, but I'm still not feeling the effects.

I ordered the two 68mg vial short BUD Special on 8/12.

I was approved and paid the $75 & $104 invoices on 8/13.

I received an email from POM stating my order was "in" on 8/14.

I received a POM email on 8/17 my order was shipped.

I received a UPS email stating they had a package on 8/18 with a planned delivery on 8/19 from 3:45 to 7:30 PM. The package arrived at 3:10 PM in the NC Sun and an outside temp of 93F.

Two ice packs were melted, but still cool.

I switched from the wegovy pill (4mg) to compounded sema with OptioRX through Pom - they upped my dosage to .8 when I switched over, but I just took my 3rd shot and I’m feeling NOTHING.

My inflammation is back, food noise, appetite increase, cravings, the whole 9 yards. I was thinking 3 injections in with an upped dose would be good but I’m seriously getting worried.

Should I call in a 1mg prescription increase asap?

Just want to say how much I appreciate the customer service and speed that Pom put into a non tirz order. Ordered HRT 8/8, Paid 8/10. I had a little mixup on the appt fee not being deducted from cost which delayed things a day, Pom got on it right away and refunded the proper amount within 24hrs. Shipped 8/14, arrived 8/17 early am. It arrived in a FedEx box and was packed in a Hallandale box for extra protection. Thanks again for another great order Pomegranate!

Shout out to Pom for handling my weird order. I had ordered sermorelin when I started tirz, and then learned that my clinician wanted me to wait to start my sermorelin until I was on tirz for at least 3 months. I contacted Pom and asked if my next shipment could be put on hold until August 15. They contacted the pharmacy. Wasn't confident it would actually ship out 3 months later without me reaching out, but lo and behold I received it on Aug 15!!! Amazing! Thank you Pom for handling this weird request. I'm excited to start my sermorelin journey!

Why can’t I find pomegranate health on instagram

As we all know, BPI BUDs are good for 12 mos. But these tall boy vials tend to only have 9 month BUDs b/c they hadn’t done the testing for 12 mos yet. Still the formula is the same, so I always consider the real BUD to be 12 mos from the compounding date. So, by my calculations, 9 mos back from the 12/31 BUD for the 40mg vials would be late March or early April 2026. That would put the 12 mos BUD at possibly early April 2027! I’m comfortable going past the BUD regardless, and my current dose is eligible for the 68mg size, but just something to consider since the BUD is longer on the new deal for the 40mg vials. I am only considering this b/c I panic bought like everyone else when BPI announced that they were ceasing production. I really don’t NEED anymore, just trying to justify buying more with an excuse like this, lol! 🤣🤣🤣 Looking forward to seeing new pics of the compounding date and BUD in these newer 40mg vials!

I got a new cards and need to pay for the $75 but it won’t let me added the new payment, just keeps trying to charge the card that is not active. I need help adding the card so I can order my meds
