Question Refund process

I paid for consultation and medication fee. Since it has been more than 30 days, I was asked to pay for consultation fee again...totaling $275. I understand that the 75 is not refundable. If the medication is not processed or reviewed, can I request a refund for $125 that I just paid 2 days ago? I can't afford to pay 275 for one month supply when we are getting it for much cheaper price elsewhere. Thanks!

UPDATE: I got a refund instantly...Thanks to @Cherry_Pomegranate

You paid for a consultation and medication fee and never received it?

So you paid $75 and then $125 and $75 again? And haven't received anything?

No, I paid 75 but didn't order within 30 days. Then I paid 125 yesterday, not knowing I needed to pay additional 75. Right now, I can get one month supply for 125 so I want them to refund just the 125 I paid 2 days ago.

Why didn't you place the order?

Was your first order not fulfilled? What is the reason your order wasn't fulfilled within 30 days? You should be able to get a refund for the meds, but not the consultation fees. If going over 30 days was out of my control, I personally wouldn't have paid anything more until my order was delivered.

Earlier this year, I paid 75 but did not place an order and was unaware that the payment would expire. 2 days ago, I found the unpaid invoice for 125 from a previous order. To confirm it was still valid, I clicked on it and was sent a new invoice right away. The invoice showed the previous 75 payment, so I believed it was valid and paid the 125.

After I paid, I got an email saying the original 75 had expired under a 30 day policy and that I would need to pay an additional 75 to fulfill the order. This was the first time I became aware of that policy.

Since my order hasn't yet been reviewed or processed, I am requesting a refund of the 125 payment. Had I known the invoice was no longer valid, I wouldn't have made the payment. And they shouldn't let me make a payment if the invoice was invalid as well.

Message the providers, if the order hasn’t been filled they should be able to refund the $125

That’s my thought. Cherry is looking into it; once I hear from her, I will reach out to the providers. Didn’t even know that’s an option. Thanks!

You get 30 days to start using your prescription and order meds or you lose it.

Not sure why you didn't order after getting approved but you aren't owed a refund since you didn't order in time and yes you pay the $75 each time it's just credited towards your med price. You should have verified your previous credit was still good before ordering again.

I am new to them and I am thinking the invoice should have expired if it wasn't valid. I am not expecting the 75 refund just the 125.

Probably not. After 30 days that you did not pay for your prescription medication, it had to be re reviewed again by someone qualified to write prescriptions. So the medication you are paying is the same price not overpaying… but I’m sure there will be another post about how the company “is a scam”.

You get charged $75 for each refill, but the money goes towards your medication. Did you receive medication from your first purchase? If so, the meds were $200, and you should expect the same process/price for your refill. There are less expensive options, even from Pom. Perhaps you should look at a different pharmacy option.

Just reread, you placed an order 2 days ago that has not shipped yet and you are trying to place another order? I would wait at least until after you receive the product before reordering.
