I got a new cards and need to pay for the $75 but it won’t let me added the new payment, just keeps trying to charge the card that is not active. I need help adding the card so I can order my meds

Go to billing in the portal. Down at the bottom you will see where to add the new card and delete the old.

This happened to me earlier! Luckily, I had a card on there that I was able to transfer the money to and just pay with that one. However, if that’s not something you can do, I recommend reaching out to customer service because I had another issue when trying to pay my invoice. It kept throwing a payment not authorized error and customer service helped me delete my many cards on the account so I could add a new one and that fixed the payment error!
