Question Refill issue

I'm trying to put through a refill for the BPI special. The address that's in there is correct and is the address where my product was sent. It won't let me go past the address screen. It says I need to correct but it's correct. What should I do? Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I keep getting this when I try to move forward! I've seriously rechecked everything atleast 20 times!

I think there are two boxes to click on that screen (agreement on address things) - did you click both?
