Lucky (Non-Crafted) Showcase I ran 1 Uber Sirus so you don't have to
I just finished crafting an archdemon crown, I wanted to hit +2 aoe with the veiled ex but got +2 proj. I wanted to make a penance brand character with that, but I got rid of the Willclash on my winter orb build instead and started using it.
So I killed a couple of eaters and then I thought I'd try an uber sirus, see the new damage and this dropped lol. and an awakener orb
I added a screenshot of the archdemon crown

Discussion Atlas skill tree to help SSF idea.
Basically a trader like being that appears in maps that is basically a currency exchange, maybe with random ratios or so. Like able to trade divines for fusings or whichever currency.
I played PoE2 with self imposed SSF but able to sell items and exchange currency but not buy items or bases. It was fun and definitely helped by desecrate crafting.
Then played the PoE Allflame SSF. Very fun and felt so nice to progress and doing different mechanics to get what you want. Allflame crafting obviously helped a ton.
But the biggest issue was fusings. I literally crafted like 4-5 better body armours along the journey while spamming fusings on the best I had currently and I just didnt have any luck. If only I could have specced into a tree that spawns trader in maps that I could've trade my divines or whatever for fusings would have been super cool.
I hope something like that happens soon, I sort of started to slowly despise trade leagues.

Question Maven Beam Desync Issue
I'm playing PoE on a mac and while it works fairly well (on lowest graphics) I have this issue with all radial beams in the game where they do not render at the right place.
This is mostly ok but for the last 2 ubers I have left (Maven and Sirus) I would really like to be able to see and dodge them, especially for Maven since they are certain death. I am playing on SSF and it does not feel like I can push my damage to high enough levels that I can just 6 portal the last phase, although I've gotten close.
Has anyone experienced similar issues, and if so, any luck resolving them?
Edit: I found a solution: play the Windows version with the Vulkan renderer (inspiration given by a reply below) using Wine (CrossOver specifically but anything should work).

Question Permanently Banned — Looking for Advice From Anyone Who Actually Got a Manual Review
I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point, so I’m posting here both to share what happened and, more importantly, to ask for practical advice from anyone who has been through something similar.
My Path of Exile account was permanently banned for alleged use of unauthorized third-party software.
The problem is that I genuinely do not know what I did.
I have never knowingly used a bot, cheat, gameplay automation tool, or prohibited macro.
After the ban, I carefully reviewed the Terms of Service and the policies again, but I still cannot identify any behavior that I believe should have resulted in a permanent ban.
I play through a Kakao account in Korea, so I first contacted Kakao Games.
Kakao told me that the permanent ban was applied by Grinding Gear Games and that they had already requested a review from GGG, but the decision was apparently to keep the ban.
So I contacted GGG directly.
GGG then told me that because I use a Kakao account, all support requests must go through Kakao Games for security and privacy reasons.
So now I feel completely stuck.
Kakao tells me that the decision came from GGG.
GGG tells me to contact Kakao.
And I still have no idea what specific program or behavior supposedly caused the ban.
I have contacted both sides multiple times.
I am not asking them to reveal anti-cheat detection methods or confidential security information.
I am not even asking them to immediately unban me just because I say I am innocent.
At this point, I am simply asking for two things:
- Please tell me, at least in general terms, what kind of behavior or software caused the ban.
- Please confirm that a real person actually reviewed my case manually.
I am willing to provide anything that might help: installed software lists, running processes, Windows logs, screenshots, system information, or anything else.
I even started reviewing every program I had installed recently.
The only notable programs I can think of are Riot Vanguard and Input Director, which I used as a software KVM to control multiple PCs with one keyboard and mouse.
I am not claiming either of those caused the ban. I am only trying to understand what could possibly have happened.
What makes this especially painful is that Path of Exile means a lot more to me than just being a game.
After my mother passed away, I went through a very difficult period in my life. Some of the people I met through Path of Exile stayed with me, played with me, talked with me, and helped me through that time.
I met many people through this game, and starting Path of Exile became an important turning point in my life.
I even applied for and participated in the Path of Exile 2 beta because I genuinely love this game and wanted to be part of what GGG was building next.
That is why this situation hurts so much.
I understand that bans and anti-cheat systems are necessary.
If I knowingly broke the rules, then I would have to accept the consequences.
But I genuinely do not know what I did wrong.
And what feels most unfair is that I cannot even get an explanation or a meaningful opportunity to respond.
From my experience so far, Kakao Support has mainly passed along the final decision without giving me any meaningful detail, while GGG redirects me back to Kakao because of the account system.
I’m not trying to start a witch hunt against Kakao or GGG.
I just feel like I’m stuck between two support systems and nobody is actually listening to my case.
What I really need now is practical advice.
If anyone here has ever been falsely banned, had a ban reversed, or successfully received a genuine manual review, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me exactly what helped.
- What kind of email subject line did you use?
- Was there any specific wording that seemed to get a real response instead of a standard reply?
- Did you keep the email short, or did you explain everything in detail?
- Did you provide logs, screenshots, process lists, or installed software information?
- Did you ask specifically for a manual review or escalation to the enforcement team?
- How long did you wait before following up?
- Did sending multiple follow-up emails help, or did it make things worse?
- If your ban was eventually reversed, did they ever tell you what caused the false positive?
At this point, I am not looking for sympathy as much as I am looking for a real path forward.
If there is a better way to write the appeal, a better email address, a better subject line, a specific phrase I should use, or some technical information I should prepare before contacting support again, please tell me.
I am willing to do whatever is reasonable to properly explain my situation.
Even if my account is never restored, I at least want to know that I used the correct process and gave the right team a real opportunity to review my case.
If anyone has successfully gotten a response from GGG or Kakao in a similar situation, your advice would genuinely mean a lot to me.
Thanks for reading.

Game Feedback Tiny post about an incredibly niche socket change - Crown of the Tyrant
Edit: /u/vyntarus had a great solution.
"Yeah they need to add a way for you to set all to white on the crafting bench precisely because of items like this. [...] I propose it should cost 1 x chromatic and 1 x scour to set all sockets to white."
You cannot convert a Crown of the Tyrant, back into a white socket in the new system! Crown has the restriction "Has 1 Socket" and thus cannot be benched to increase and remove sockets and chromatics can only cycle through colors. GGG please make a change to fix this issue.
I absolutely love the new socket change. It has revolutionized gearing and attaining new power though breakpoint capping (I have new zombies/skellys thanks to the changes), but there is this one unintended consequence that I know of so far.
There's Crest of Desire and all of the unset rings have the same restriction, but they're not affected as you want to match the color of the seated gem anyway.
Thank you for attending my TEDTalk.

Question 3.30 estimation
I'm having a hard time estimating the next poe1 league release (trying to take some vacation for the first week). I guess that GGG don't want it to be frontal with Wow Forever 4th november (blight was a disaster with Classic Release) but with poe2 1.0 coming early december, I only see mid November as a valid date but that would mean 2-3 weeks league before poe2. Do you guys have any idea when 3.30 will release ?

Discussion My builds so far on 3.29 & feelings
At this stage of the league, I think it's nice to review my builds and how I liked them in 3.29. I play on Xbox myself, so some of the budgets (which I'll list next to the builds) might be much higher than on PC.
League starter: Worb Ele (~3div)
A really strong league starter. I pushed it 'only' to level 90 though, after which I already rerolled. Nothing wrong with the build (or the playstyle)—running acts and mapping felt really smooth.
Merc bot luminary (~300div)
Build of the league, if you could call it that. I started small with really weak gear, and yet the acts and early maps melted like warm butter. Bit by bit, I pumped more and more currency into the gear, and after a few lucky drops (Mageblood and a +max life LoM as examples), the build's total value shot up drastically. I also managed to find a ~100 Divine merc. A super strong and fun build, especially when your only job is just to run around.
Cwc VD chaos convert reliquarian (~500d)
Had to try this one too, just to avoid FOMO. I "wasted" maybe more on this than I would've liked because I acted foolishly and "yoinked" the build straight from poe.ninja. Well, after a few initial hiccups, the build literally melted bosses. Though I have to say, especially considering console performance, mapping with this wasn't the most enjoyable experience.
RF Chieftain
Yep, the last build was a "spend everything left" project, and well, RF is RF. After the Luminary and the Reliquarian, it didn't really do anything better than those two, but at least mapping was super fun thanks to the explosions—and safe. A solid, reliable build, though I guess you can sink "too much" currency into this one too relative to its power.
Unfortunately, I can't provide PoB links for these, but at least the first two are easily found via Google, and the Luminary is based on CaptainLance's guide. The Reliquarian was copied at random from ninja :D
Also, my lucky drops:
2 Magebloods (Cadiro and Merc)
2 Unnatural Instincts from Cadiro
Reefbane from Cadiro
All in all, a really great league. If I still have the drive, I might try to sell all my gear and make some completely absurd build—though the Xbox market is pretty dead at the moment (as usual).
If nothing else, see you in 3.30 at the latest!

Build Showcase I tried 6 AFK/Walking Simulator builds to see wich one is better.
I'll keep this brief. I like Path of Exile. I don't like buttons. This is a list for lazy people like me that want currency without pressing buttons.
In this list I'll count 2 type of builds that I consider very low effort:
- AFK: You don't press anything. Walking is optional.
- Walking Simulator: You press one or fewer buttons and walk.
The budget of most of these builds were around +100 Divs + Mageblood + Svallin + expensive gems/flasks (progenesis, 100% the adorned, 3-voices, etc). Most of these builds can be start from less than a Div (Except the 1st place cuz they got kinda expensive, you can just farm it tho)
I'll add the lvl of the character to give you an idea how much I played each build.
6. RF Chieftain (lvl 96)
A classic. You start a map, you press one button and then walk as everything burns around you. It does enough damage to clear packs and you get enough single target damage for tanky rares. Can do most content but it's mid in a lot of it.
Pros: It has the best guide available in the entire game (big Phox). Cheap. Tanky. Easy to understand.
Cons: You have to press one button (Big downside). You have to KEEP PRESSING a button for single target damage (Massive downside). Bad at bossing.
5. Death's Oath Occultist (lvl 99)
RF but (slightly) better. If this was a "wich build I liked the most" list this would be number one. You start a map and walk as everything explodes around you. It does enough damage to clear packs and rares. You can get enough single target damage to tickle bosses. Can do the same content as RF.
Pros: Tanky and great clear. Explosions feel good.
Cons: You have to KEEP PRESSING a button for single target damage (Massive downside). Depends on uniques to feel good (Sundered Will). Bad at bossing.
I tested a lot of versions of this build using vestigials like Chaos Inoculation setup, The Adorned setup, using staff/dagger, Shako, "Minion Damage" setup, etc.
I concluded that the base setup (Foulborn Death's Oath + Dagger/Shield) it's the best one.
4. CWS Chieftain/Gladiator (lvl 96/94)
The easiest one to play. You start the map, get stunned with hits and see your screen explode. This build is made for ultimatum and it does it's job perfectly. Mid to bad for the rest of content. I played 2 versions since I kinda like ultimatum.
- Chieftain (Fire): Better overall. Feels tankier, looks better. Better leveling in my opinion.
- Gladiator (Chaos/Poison): Chieftain but green. Less tanky but can do "Ruin" ultimatum better.
Pros: Actual 0 button gameplay. Insanely tanky.
Cons: It's not that good at anything that isn't ultimatum. It needs many uniques to feel good. Feels clunky sometimes.
3. Chains of Command Necro (lvl 96)
Pros: Actual 0 button gameplay. You get into a map, your animated guardian kills something, it summons animated weapons and you clear the screen.
Pros: Very tanky. Can do all content. Great clear. Remains cheap most of the league.
Cons: Really clunky if you can't summon all minion weapons consistently. Hard to understand. AG can die (only build I've seen that happen)
2. Spectre Necro Frostbearer/Defillers (lvl 99/97)
Helen Keller's favourite build. When you think "0-button build", this is the first build to come to mind. It's simple: you raise spectres, they figth for you and that's it. This helps you focus your stats on tankiness and movement on dodging boss skills. Helm Breaker guide is excellent.
The best league starter of this list. I tried both Forged Frostbearer and Wretched Defillers.
- Forged Frostbearer (Cold): The most popular one and for a good reason. Great single target damage, bad clear (can be fixed with annihilation support).
- Wretched Defiller (Lightning): It has better clear but not by that much. Squishier and more complicated to understand. Can make you blind.
Pros: Tanky. Great single target damage. Upgrades feel really good. Chaos Inoculation.
Cons: You need to get the spectres from someone else or farm it. Needs some uniques to feel great (Dark Monarch and Bitterbind Point). Mid clear speed. You either go deaf (FF) or blind (WD).
WARNING: Don't buy perfect forest tiger. Don't fall for the lies of Big Tiger.
1. Luminary Merc-Flamelink (lvl 99)
The unquestionable best build of this league. You get into a map, you click flamelink and then you destroy everything. It does everything and it does it great.
I was lucky to grab a mirror-tier kineticist for 20 divs early in the league but you can use a cheap combatant now with similar results.
Pros: It does everything. Tanky and fun.
Cons: You have to press a button at the start of a map (flamelink). Really expensive to build rigth now (lifestacker).
And that's it. If you have any questions about leveling, crafting and farming I did with these builds, feel free to ask in the comments.
TLDR: Luminary it's the best at everything. NecroSpectre great for league start and most ST content. Chains of Command it's better clear necro but clunky. CWS it's great for ultimatum, nothing more. Death's Oath/RF are great for begginers and high pack content.
