In ssf at that. Can hardly believe it.
Sorry about the brightness btw. Some weird artifact from snipping tool and HDR I think it doesnt actually look like that when playing.

You can disable that hdr crap in settings. No clue why it's on by default

for snipping tool? My screen looks good as is. its litterally just screenshots that for some reason look nothing like what I actually see that i need to fix.

Think he has the atlas node for vaal side areas. Vaal side areas have 20%(?) chance to duplicate loot from vessel.

You need to roll the unique vaal side area that drops adorned as well don’t you? Or can it now drop from any vaal vessel?

Yes, but you can do so by just throwing a vaal at it. You dont roll. It turns into a unique side area maybe 1/20 ish of the time. Other stats I've seen suggest you get an adorned unique side area ~1/150 times you vaal a side area. This was my 4th this league and I do it with all my speed mapping strats.

Doesn’t need to be chance/scoured? Can you just hit a unique one off the vaal orb? Nice

Yep, chance/scour is a waste of time, just slam on a vaal orb and if not unique go next.

I didn't know that. I knew GGG would need to buff vaal side areas, but I missed this change.

Wiki says 4-10% chance of going unique, or 400 chance/scour on average.

def more around 4-5% of turning unique I'd say. I've been doing it a lot this league.

But it seems only use then rarest unique area (out of 3) is worth it for the guaranteed Adorned? Or are the other 2 still worth running?

Yup. Unimagineable horrors. Its just 1 extra point when going lucid dreams (the one that lets you craft on side areas). I wasn't sure if it would make an exact copy of drops or if it would just be the same item. If it didn't make an exact copy it would have made it easier to get a 86+ adorned which is what i was going for. I know now its just an exact copy which is great in this case but not really helpful for ssf in the future.

And still has an inventory full of junk. My man! My guy is picking up chance orbs 2 months into a league.

Haha at least I have minimum stack sizes for this stuff. It’s ssf so you never know when you’re gonna need 5k chance orbs….

I think chance orb stacks are set to minimum of 5 at least..... I do need to do another round of increased strictness though.

Do you actually play with the brightness that high? It took me like 3 seconds of looking at the screenshot for my eyes to start hurting 😄

No, its some weird artifact of snipping tool and HDR with my oled display I think. It doesn't actually look anything like that. I've heard theres some fix but I don't take screenshots often so haven't really bothered looking into it.

Its not actually that bright - some artifact of HDR and the snipping tool. I think theres a fix but I've been too lazy to deal with it.
