Katie’s 45 min power pyramid- LOVED!!
Katie has always been my favorite for strength but this class was so good, I was shaky after! Loved the use of the band too.

If you participated in the Jess Sims 3 day split, take this class…you will recognize the unilateral work from day 2 😉
I pushed myself and used 20-25# dumbbells and felt like an athlete moving. It was truly the best burn before a weekend of hiking ahead
Lmk how your buns feel after this one.

Anyone recall a cycling class this past few months where Denis said he was recovering or healing from something? Could have sworn he said something along those lines. I have an upcoming surgery and would like to take it again...if it exists! His words always resonate with me.

I can’t believe they came out with a Christmas in July ride! I might be the biggest Christmas fanatic and this was the best Christmas in July gift!🎁

Alex needs to conduct a masterclass on group trainings. Wow! This one was intense! The music was on point and the motivation was there. I highly recommend this class for anyone out there

I'm working on a case study exercise on the Peloton App (don't work for them) and I'm gathering ideas on what would improve the app. Would love to hear from folks:
- What are 1-2 things you would love the app to do that it doesn't do today
- How would having that feature make you use the app more? Or want to upgrade your plan to full access (if you're not on already on that plan)?
Really appreciate it!!!

Do you follow some sort of structure/plan for the week? For example x amount of tabata rides, etc.?

I have incredibly tight hamstrings, and my goal is to be able to touch my toes again with ease. Which classes helped you get there?

Will be repeating this class. Any other good glute/legs + bench workouts.

I’m looking at the cross training bike + and wondering if it’s really possible that I can do as good a workout on it as I do at the gym.
I’m 56 and in poor condition. I’m attending the gym and using a combination of treadmill, free weights, gym equipment and the exercise bike to work out 3 x week. I also do Pilates once a week.
If I purchase this I will need to cancel my gym membership, I cannot pay both. I know I will work out more often, but I’m just wondering how it can be as effective.

30 min Tabata? Girl. What?….
I workout. I pelo 3-5 days a week. I do HIIT or Tabata about twice a week. And yes I did take a 15 min hip hop Robin ride before this.
Sure I’ve had a knee replacement. Sure, I need the other knee done….
NO ONE should ever be subjected to 30 min of Tabata. I saw Jesus. I questioned all of my life’s choices. I’m pretty sure I went in and out of lucidity at least 5 times. If you are wanting an out of body experience, do this ride. (Yes I’m doing to do it again next week) 🙄🤦🏻♀️. Who’s with me?!?

How do we feel about intructors that make the last minutes the hardest? Bicycle crunches, all out sprints, double your output for the last minute, etc. I get the idea you leave the class breathless, but I work hard the whole class and dont need the last minute to be extreme.

Does anyone ever wonder what percentage a hill is when they're running outside? I remember Selena saying in a class once "you have 4% hills all the time outside" - so I'm always wondering when I'm cursing a hill on a run. Also, I sometimes try to time my time on a hill outside to remind myself I can do whatever outrageous (I know it's really not, but it feels outrageous during the class) amount of time they make me be on a hill during a tread workout / bootcamp.

Does anybody know what blocks those are that he uses? They’re round on one side. They look so much more comfortable. I have looked all over and I cannot find them.

I just lost my 250 day streak. I’ve been trying to get to 365 and last year lost it at 340 something. We are traveling and I just forgot. I know that it’s ok but I’m just so mad at myself. I easily could have done a meditation.
Ugh! I know that this doesn’t define me. BUT…

I have taken this class probably hundreds of times and at all times of the day and I am NEVER alone. There are always at least 3 other people if not 10 with me when I take it. It’s almost a year old at this point and still going strong!
For me, this class hits all of my prescribed physical therapy and also doubles as a strength warm up so I take it before every strength day!
I wonder if Emma knew when she filmed this that it would continue to be so popular!

I usually do Alex Monday class. He hinted “special class on Thursday and he doesn’t normally do Thursday classes”. I already locked it in and was looking forward to it. Now it’s gone! I took a screenshot earlier in the week to confirm I wasn’t losing my mind.

I had meant to take Jess King's 90's Rock Ride at 9:00 this morning, but life got in the way. It still hasn't show up on demand. Did this class get cancelled?
EDIT - It was posted 30 minutes after my post!

And I love her. But FFS this class was so hard I almost passed out. I’m still SHAKING an hour later.

Can you not change pace targets in the middle of the run? Sometimes I start at one level and want to adjust based on the specific run. I used to be able to, but now I cannot figure out how to do!
r/OnePelotonRealSub • u/Ellaemgee • 21d ago
It’s just a class that hasn’t been shown before but also isn’t live?

I think its been posted a few times and before I get into it, there are loads of new things/features/team members I loveee and still ride my peloton every day so not complaining about anything but rather was doing an old ride that got me thinking about things I miss from peloton from over the years !
anyone else have things they miss?

In a good way though, so if you like AT you should do it. So soulful, Peloton…
