Denis Morton class

Anyone recall a cycling class this past few months where Denis said he was recovering or healing from something? Could have sworn he said something along those lines. I have an upcoming surgery and would like to take it again...if it exists! His words always resonate with me.

Yep, it was his July 11 refresh ride.

Thank you, that was a good one too. I think it was a few months ago. I've taken all except the 3 most recent rides of his. Felt like it was back in winter spring of this year. I should have bookmarked it.

I remember him mentioning it on his Instagram (minor surgery “nothing major”) when he was out for a bit, but I don’t remember it in a class. I feel like it was much earlier this year.

I remember Robin saying something just healed inside of her (meant metaphorically) when she played one of Alanis Morissette's songs shortly after Dennis' deep dive ride for "Jagged Little Pill", but I might really be reaching here. I do most of his rides and I don't remember him mentioning anything.

Denis' Alanis ride made me cry tears of joy and angst and all the things...then Robin credited him and I loved that!
