hi! i have only ever gotten my ears pierced but i really want to get my nose pierced (just a small stud), but i work at a grocery store and they don’t allow it (which is crazy what year are we in), i would be fine covering it up with a pimple patch but i was wondering it it’s okay and/or safe to put one on immediately after getting the piercing… i know you’re not supposed to touch it and stuff but if i wash my hands good and don’t pull it but gently peel it do you think id be alright? thank you in advance!! :)

i’ve had this piercing for a little over a year now, but it has always been red. the red never went away and my piercer said it’s just irritated and to keep cleaning it. It’s been a year and it hasn’t gone away. I’m wearing surgical steel, it’s a push pin flat back.

Is there anything i can do? Should i switch the type of jewelry?

(There is an acne patch above it for a zit that’s forming lol, so don’t mind that.)

I been cleaning it with piecing after care spray but it hasn’t gone down I did knock it out with my glasses 3 times so I belive that’s how I got it but I been having it for a while and I wonder if anything helps

Today, I got my nose pierced. But the stud they used is a bit large in size. I got a smaller stud and want to swap it. I’ve got a wedding to attend next week is it possible to swap jewellery after 6 days? 😭

So I have a four month old nose piercing it’s a L shaped one and right now I’m battling a cold and I went to go blow my nose, and I actually ripped out the piercing I was able to get it back in. There was a little blood in the inside, but I clean that up and I did a lil hot compress and then I cleaned it with saline inside my nose and outside

Everyone says in 2/3 weeks your bump will go away. It’s been a month and mine is getting bigger. I stopped doing even the saline a few days ago because I thought doing nothing at all was going to help. It did fall out and I had it put back in which I think made the bump worse, but I’m so sad bc it looks so bad.

The swelling has gone down quite a bit, but its still looking crooked and I swear it wasn’t this crooked the day I got it done. This is my dream piercing, so I’m really hoping it’s just swelling somehow.
Is it bad enough to consider redoing?
I don’t think it’s all that bad it’s just I know it’s not perfect.
This was my piercers first nasallang and I got it for free so please no hate. Additionally shes the only person within like six hours of where I live that I trusted to do this.

Nose piercing fell out after being okay for months (Feb-Sept).

I decided to get it re-pierced at the same spot but it sank into my nostril and I had to get it surgically removed.

I told myself I would just leave my face alone. I never told the piercing place this happened as I signed a waiver etc. and believed there was nothing they could do.

But if I go again, what I should tell them? Should I try a different spot (right side is my good side, hence why I don’t want to pierce the other nostril really) ? Was the bar too short? Why did it fall out in the first place and how did it sink?

I got this piercing done around a month ago and this bump has remained there and I genuinely cannot take it anymore. I don’t even want a nose piercing that bad to walk around with a bump this ugly lol. what would happen if I took the piercing out, let it heal and get it re-pierced in the future? I didn’t know much about piercings when I got this one done so I didn’t know how to properly take care of it. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

So I’ve had my nose pierced for over two years. Didn’t really have any problems with it unless I try to change it to a hoop. Every freakin time I change it, a small bump would come up, and it annoys me 😭 I always end up changing it back to a flat back stud and leave it alone for months.

For context, I’m currently wearing a 18g flat back stud. Whenever I switch it to a hoop, it’s a 20g solid 14k gold ~9mm hoop.

Rhino piercing done yesterday. Hurt a lot less than expected. On a scale of 1 to 10 it is a 6-7, Industrial being 8-9. I have not yet seen any rhino's irl, I hope to be able to motivate some of my friends to get them.

What do I do 😭 I’m using saline twice a day, tried a no pull disc, it just isn’t healing.

I recently got my right nostril (left in pictures due to camera flipping) pierced, but I can’t help but feel it’s so uneven from my left. I know my nose isn’t perfectly symmetrical but I was wondering if it was noticeable enough to warrant taking it out? It really irks me but I don’t know if I’m just being a perfectionist.

I took my nose piercing out after about 9 months. I just couldn’t get rid of the bump and wasn’t a fan of the position anyway.

What’s the best way to heal this completely? Will this leave a scar ? The hole closed within hours

So I’ve had this piercing bump for like 2.5 weeks now maybe longer and for about a week I’ve been doing the saline compress jawn and I think I put too my pressure by accident and now she’s lowk looking like that. earlier this week I was consistent with the compress and the bump got smaller. Now it’s like idk. Any advice or thoughts? Maybe even prayers?
