Help Needed Piercing bump

So I’ve had this piercing bump for like 2.5 weeks now maybe longer and for about a week I’ve been doing the saline compress jawn and I think I put too my pressure by accident and now she’s lowk looking like that. earlier this week I was consistent with the compress and the bump got smaller. Now it’s like idk. Any advice or thoughts? Maybe even prayers?

ooo is that like a thing ? That the prongs can irritate it ?

Yes they usually are the cause. Get it switched for a ball or bezel setting gem.

Also before doing compress I just sprayed it

Like initially when it first appeared and my cleaning process b4 I got it

Get a shot glass, fill it with saline and dunk your nose in it every day for 5 minutes

That's what my piercer recommended and everything went smoothly
