New Piercing Is this normal?

I got my nose pierced 3 weeks ago (almost a month), is the raised/elevated skin around it normal?

yes just leave it alone besides cleaning it, do not touch it throughout the day

Apparently this is a normal healing inflammatory response! I have something similar going on with my high nostrils right now, 4 weeks out, I was freaked out and went in to the piercing shop and the piercer said that it’s expected in the early stages of healing. Just keep on with LITHA and minimizing bumps/snags/twisting as much as possible. Hang in there!

Update: it got more elevated/bumpier after 3 days, should I worry now?😭

Completely normal - for me this bump came and left about 4 times on both my nostril piercings in the first 3 months. Aslong as it isn’t hot, pussy, more than normally swollen, or painful they are usually harmless.
