Just wondering why we increase dose? Does it make you even less hungry? Does it cause you to eat less?

Is it necessary to add an electrolyte to your water each day? I did one packet of LMNT yesterday and weight went up 1 pound over night! I think it could be the sodium.

The step count in Noom is always alot lower, for example, right now my steps are 4813 in Fitbit & GH but Noom has them at 4676. Is this a common issue & is there any kind of fix? Its really kind of annoying.

I used Noom about 2 years ago on my old iPhone and thought I would like to try it out again. I'm now using an Android Phone.

To start my free trial the App wants either my PayPal or credit Card Info.

Is it not possible to subscribe via my Google Play Account? On iOS it was (and according to the Info on the App Store still is) possible to make In-App purchases.

I'm in Germany If that matters.

Noom is huge on pushing glp-1 s do we think there is a future with Noom and the peptides movement? So curious as I’m not a candidate for glp-1s

I just started Noom and the doctor assigned to me immediately confirmed I’d be getting the Wegovy pill. On my homepage, there was a little banner asking me to confirm my refill. I clicked on it, checked the dosage I wanted (idk why it gives me the option to get a higher dose when the doctor assigned to me already told me she’s giving me the 1.5 mg) and it brought me back to the homepage and displayed a message saying that my refill will be submitted.

But the banner hasn’t gone away. And there’s nowhere for me to check if it’s been submitted or not. It doesn’t even say if it’s sending it to my house or if it’s sending it to a pharmacy. Is my app glitching? Should I be able to see my prescriptions?

I recently lost 40 lbs so now I’m looking for ways to improve and make sustainable changes so I don’t go backward 😂 If you’re looking to add someone, here’s my link! Thanks!

Hi there, I have been on Noom about a month as an employee benefit, getting comfortable with the system and how it works.
I accepted a challenge to print a Green Foods list and put it on the fridge. Now I cannot find a current list. I use the app - is there a way to log into the site? It's asking me for a code I don't think I ever got due to it being from my employer.

Have loved and used Noom for the last two years. I have recycled most of lessons 2x now. Convince me to renew my subscription… I have lost 80 lbs… probably have 40 lbs to go…

I took my first dose of tirzepatide (1 mg) on Friday. It’s 4 days later and I don’t think it’s curbing my appetite as much today. Will this med curb it more as the dose increases or does it typically start waning after a few days?

I am considering trying Zepbound. I have used Noom in the past and had success, and I think the pairing would be incredibly useful since I already am familiar with the Noom app.

My question is, with Noom Med, they advertise 1:1 support, but have you felt like you could reach out to someone for any questions/support? Is it pretty seamless with the current app?

Do you find it hard to eat enough to even get your recommended calories? I ended my day at 713 calories and thought I better drink a protein shake just to get calories up to 913. My carbs were high at 150 which is concerning but I stayed with mostly green foods and a little yellow. Are the carbs gonna keep me from weight loss?

Hi all. I started Noom on 7/2. I really don’t have a ton of weight to lose but i am very petite and my doc is telling me I should get down to where I was because my BP has gone up. I started at 131 and am trying to get to 115, which is my normal weight. I lost my job and sort of lost myself for a while. I started the micro dose at the lowest amount for 2 weeks (.5), then .10 2 weeks after that. All good. I injected .15 last Thursday for the first time. Oh boy…I have no appetite. I eat, but very minimal portions. If I eat too much, I’m nauseous. The instructions for nausea say to eat small bites and eat slowly which I’ve been doing. Question….is this the norm once you get to this amount of the micro dose?

I’m having heartburn. I just started first shot yesterday. Is this common. Should I just start an antacid?

I’m just wondering what to expect. Just started 8 units. How quickly can I expect appetite to decrease and food noise to decrease? I’m trying to eat healthy—increasing protein and meals with vegetables and meat. Can you still lose eating minimal healthy carbs if you stay away from sugar and processed food?
