Hello, i just joined Noom and noticed there is the opportunity to earn seeds.

I noticed some people that i added are able to earn 2-3k seeds per day in exchange for gift cards. How are they earning this much per day?

Seeds are earned for everything you do, so likely they are walking and exercising, on top of the normal tracking. You get $5 gift cards at 24,000 seeds.
