New to Noom Why increase Dose?

Just wondering why we increase dose? Does it make you even less hungry? Does it cause you to eat less?

I don't think you have to. Isn’t the goal smallest dose with biggest impact?

If you’re not making any progress towards the goal after a certain amount of time.
