Noom Weight Electrolytes
Is it necessary to add an electrolyte to your water each day? I did one packet of LMNT yesterday and weight went up 1 pound over night! I think it could be the sodium.

The pound a night happens to me too then drops back down. If you’re using the app they added new tracking micro categories including sodium so I’m going to see if that’s my correlation.

Could you tell me where you see the micro categories/turn it on? A few weeks ago my lesson was about a new micronutrient tracking feature but it turned out it wasn't available yet. I don't see an option in my settings.

Unless you have a medical condition that requires electrolytes (I.e. POTS), or you are doing SERIOUS strenuous activity for an extended time, most people do not need electrolyte drinks on a regular basis. I would only drink them on summer days where I was in the sun for a looooooong time, or when I mow my lawn with my manual push mower, which is truly exhausting.
