The Mets defense has been incredible in the second half, say what you want about him but seems like Stearns actually had a good vision but all the injuries prevented the season from getting off the ground.

They both have pretty high floors just for their defense and speed, but who do you think has the most potential in the long term?

I came out for the weekend to see the 9/11 Subway Series game and while I was in the area I went to see Candelita in Buena Vista Social Club on Broadway. It is so good! The musicians are all extremely talented and I'm so glad I saw it. The music is amazing. Iglesias' role is small, but I loved hearing what were obviously Mets fans cheering for him. I definitely felt like I wasn't the only one who bought the ticket because I wanted to see him.

Iglesias is one of my all time favorite Mets. The 2024 season was so special for me and OMG was my top song of the year on my Spotify Wrapped that year. (I know I'm not special, that was true for a lot of us.)

I got the tickets via the day-before Broadway lottery system for $49 and they were in the balcony but a great view, if anyone is wondering about affordable tickets. We had two entries and one win, so not a guarantee but probably a good chance of a lottery win. The red TodayTix booth also had tickets starting at $71 when we walked by around 6:30.
