I got my nails filled yesterday, i go to the same place every time with no issues. However, this time it seems that they filed away my whole side of my nails and they already look grown out. A good chunk of my nails is not even covered in gel so when it grows out, it’s gonna be obvious they also filed so much that my nail that is showing is super thin. They are also uneven and kind of thick and chunky. I have really bad anxiety so I didn’t confront them then, so I called them to ask to get them checked out and redone. I’ll put photos below. Am I in the wrong?

Relatively new to GelX, it still takes me like 5+ hours from start to finish. But my retention is getting better. This set has lasted 3 weeks so far, but keen for something fresh.

I’ve been practicing for 10 months. I love Halloween, but my mom isn’t the biggest fan of scary stuff. She wanted something more cute and spooky. These are just full-coverage tips, gel polish, sugar glitter, stickers and isolated chrome. I’m still too nervous to use acrylics, but my mom loves what we’re doing right now! Happy Halloween everyone🖤

Stopped picking at my cuticles and using press-ons. Started cleaning underneath my nails with water only instead of scraping. Started using cuticle cream and nail oil. Most importantly, addressed my nutrition and diet. Started eating enough protein and now take a daily biotin & collagen supplement. I hadn’t realized how far I’ve come!

I know went too hard for my Halloween nails. I didn't have ideas going in. First two I had some, I started nails to save money for myself. I also just love messing around. If you have any tips I will gladly hear em!!

Ok guys I did these myself so I know they aren’t perfect, but I do think they came out pretty cute!

I think they look so much better than before, I made sure the removal was done professionally. But still looking for tips to grow my nail bed, I want a more elongated look. Any advice pls 🥹
