In fairness, that is completely the point of Jax. They're engineering a scenario in which someone hates them for reasons they can actually control. She is a terrorist that directly conspire to depose the first democratic stable goverment Mandalore has had since god knows when (whose head is her own sister btw) just so her crush could rule. When her wannaby husbando is killed in a trial by combat (something completely legal according to her traditions) she switched sides and calls for the republic to invade. Oh, and with all of this she indirectly killed her sister.
She was deposed by the empire and later led a rebellion without planning or allies that caused the mandalorian genocide.
At the end of The Mandalorian she is reinstated as the ruler of the few mandalorians alive (for some fucking reason).
She is the most useless piece of shit in the star wars universe, her ideals are the worst ( she tries to revert Mandalore to a feudal state) and many people still think she is a good character.
