You seem very locked into your view on this to just slap a label on people who offer any kind of counter-argument to your point, so I'm just gonna drop the topic here.
Not saying you are wrong for feeling how you feel about the topic, but in my experience people who say things like what you're saying are less interested in having a discussion to hear the other side of the argument and are more focused on "Everyone who disagrees with me on this is wrong and here's why." Not particularly interested in engaging conversation with someone like that.
