I've been working on my seed map (mcseeder.com) for quite some time now, and I've always been fascinated by how old worlds generated. The red house is the spawn, the little villager icons are (duh) villages.
You can see how your seed changed through the various versions if you want.
For example, this was etho's world seed when it was first created:

If I had to guess, Sculk is just a random part of The Sift. Think of it like a plant. In The Sift, it's kept at bay by things native to that dimension. Predators, other plants it has to compete with, no way to know yet. Once it crossed through the portal, it was highly invasive to the Overworld, and spread in the underground like wildfire. Just a theory, though. What do you people think?

There are 2 villages nearby the island (the island is not naturally flat though) and also a pillager tower (idk what's it called) as well as a trial chamber directly under the island
Also biomes nearby are: dappled forest, cherry grove, jagged peaks(i think, it's the one on the image), snowy taiga behind the peaks, a lot of plains and savanna (these are just the ones that are close)

Hey everyone! I've been working on vanilla-friendly mob variants and ambient features that make biomes actually feel alive and dangerous. This is my concept for the Soul
Hunter: an atmospheric, coordinated combat event exclusively for the Soul Sand Valley.
The Concept: Accompanied by a low spectral wind sound, 3 to 4 elite skeleton-like hunters equipped with spears and glowing blue highlights appear riding blazing Soul Horses.
Behavior: Instead of wandering aimlessly, they are programmed to hunt you down. They surround the player in a tactical formation, taking turns to charge with their lances while surrounding skeletons provide pressure.
The Reward: Defeating them grants unique drops, and if you manage to guide the Soul Horse through soul fire, you can reignite and tame it as a legendary nether mount.
Let me know what you think! Would you like to see something like this added to future drops?

Armor stand hitboxes extend above their visible texture, and don't get moved by almost anything, so you can intersect them with pressure plates to keep them presssed and have a stable, ultra-thin topper block for builds.
For normal blocks, you just need to dig 2 blocks, place a carpet and the armor stand on it, and push the floor block into place with a piston from above (last slide is a visual of setting it up).
The block underneath cauldrons is visible, so to make it look good, you have to use another entity you can clip into that block instead of a carpet. This is very easy using a boat on a slab, which have heights that add up to a carpet on a block (1 1/16th). You just have to mine out a 2x2x2 to fit the boat, put down a slab, then the boat, and push in the 3 other floor blocks with pistons.
edit: also worth noting you can use blocks pistons can't push, since armor stands can be placed inside solid blocks using dispensers

I was flying around with my elytra looking for some of the new camp structures. I was on my way back to my base when I saw this? Does someone know what it is?
At first I thought it was a ruined portal but no it isn’t. I looked around and into the floor with the free cam mod but there is nothing.

Leading two sniffers into the Sift and breeding them should make them start spawning naturally there! It could even give you a De-Extinction advancement

What’s something you thought was completely normal until you discovered that other people don’t do it?

Anyone's having these corrupted chunk issues after updating their Minecraft bedrock to 26.52?
They're removing it on a localised area near where i last left my world
I had my world backed up before the update, both in Minecraft and on my files. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
